Chapter 15: Sanity

♡Just like the name of the chapter,yes I'm losing my sanity bc of my periodical test I have to take tomorrow...BUT HEY I CANT LET MY BASEMENT KIDS STARVE ps:I made this chapter yesterday which was the last day of my test♡

《Y/n POV 》

I was shock to find out the necklace in side the box was the same one I was looking at the village last time

"Maybe it's just a coincidence?" I took the necklace out its box and admired it

It has a gem that's shaped as a teardrop and its color is dark blue it must've been a sapphire gem,its chain is also gold-ish color

I looked at the necklace and saw a writing behind the gem and it read
'We Will Meet Again Soon'

I then putted on the necklace Douma gave me. I looked at myself in the mirror while wearing the necklace

I touched the gem and hoped that one day we will finnally meet again,I thought to myself why not write him a letter?

I went straight to my desk and grabbed a piece of paper and a quill to write with

I thought of something to write to Douma

'Hello Douma,I received your gift and I want to say thank you through writing to you. And also I'm Almost in becoming a demon slayer!
Although I have to wait for 1 month until I can go to the final selection.

I just hope that I wont die since I have to be in a mountain or a forest full with demons. In the meantime I have to train until the 1 month thing is over and I can finnally go to the Final Selection.

Also I hope we will meet again and wish me luck that I wont die so we can meet again

I then putted the paper in an envelope and sealed it shut I ofcourse putted the location to where I'm gonna send this to,to the 'Eternal Paridise Faith Cult' that he runs

I was planning on putting this in the mail box but it getting late and I have to sleep

I looked at the calendar and saw that I only have one month left until the final selection comes by

'Jeez...time flys quickly'

I setted the letter in my desk and went to bed

<6:00 AM>

I then woke up and immediately shut my eyes close because the sun was directly shining at me

"What a good way to start my WONDERFUL day!!" I lied to my self
I then remembered that I have to place the letter in the mail box today and hope that it will reach Douma soon enough

I got up got dressed and grabbed the letter and went straight outside
"Welp off you go you son of a bitch! Hope you have a nice trip!"

I closed the mail box shut and went back inside. The fuck you think I was gonna do have a staring contest with the sun? Oh fuck no

After I went inside the estate,I decided to just train for a minute to pass my time. I went to the training room and grabbed my temporary sword and setted up a mannequin to just you know have something to do with it

Likeeeee chopping its head off to use it for practice it wouldn't hurt to do it
