"So, you're a rebel."

I looked up at Andy in complete disbelief. He looked serious. His eyes were set on mine and I could tell he wasn't kidding.

I frowned a bit trying to figure out whether I was happy or scared. "Andy, just because I survived F.E.A.R. doesn't mean I'm a rebel. There were other survivors."

Jinxx got closer to us. "He had a vision. A prophecy."

"You mean when you fell to the ground when I said my name?" I asked Andy. He was doing all that exorsist shit because of me?

Andy nodded at me and sat down on the bed where I had been sleeping. "When you said your name I had a vision of you living with us. But it wasn't just that simple because you had a jacket."

"So? Anyone can wear a jacket." I said as I gazed at the rest of the boys looking for back up.

"I mean a rebel jacket." Andy stated. He motioned for the guys to show me and they all turned around.

The leather vests they were wearing had a huge star on the back. It was a symbol that had to mean something since the star wasn't normal. The points formed Bs and Vs. And above the star their rebel names were printed in big bold letters.

My mouth formed a small "o" when I realized what Andy was talking about.

"I didn't get to see your rebel name but I know you're a rebel, all right. You have abilities." Andy said as he stood back up and gave me a smile. "I know it can be scary at first but we'll figure it out."

"For now I think it's best if you got something to eat because you haven't had anything in a really long time. It's unhealthy." C.C said from the crowd and took my hand. "Come on I'll show around."

I took a last look at the boys before C.C led me out of the room into a dark hallway. There were no windows, no pictures, just cold gray stone.

The heels of our boots clicked as we walked down the hallway and then out in to a small kitchen. It was empty except for a small refrigerator and a small table. It seemed deserted.

C.C pulled out two chairs from a closet and opened them for us to sit down. So, I did and waited for him to join me.

"Are you guys the only ones who live in this place?" I asked looking around the small room.

"Yeah. It's just me and the guys. And now you." He smiled and pulled out two apples from the small fridge.

"Thanks."

"I'm sorry this is all I could get you but it's hard to get food in this wasteland. Andy was going to get some yesterday but he found you and came back home instead."

I felt my face get hot and looked down at my shoes. "Sorry."

C.C chuckled. "No, don't be. It's not your fault."

I nodded slowly and bit into my apple. The flavor burst into my mouth in a thousand different pulsations. This was the best apple I had ever eaten in my entire life. It was sweet and salty and spicy and bitter and sour. It was everything.

I bit into it again greedily like if it was going to disappear sooner or later if I didn't finish it right now. It was an incredible sensation.

I heard C.C's laugh and stopped attacking the poor apple.

"Oh. No, don't stop because of me." C.C said feeling a little ashamed of laughing. "You're totally killing it." He smiled.

I ate my apple again but this time I tried to ignore the fact that I was dying of happiness on the inside. C.C was smart and he could see it but he gave up on it and ate his own apple.

"What are your abbilities C.C? Can you really destroy things?" I asked finally giving in to my curiosity.

C.C looked down at his apple and frowned slightly. "I'm not too proud of my abbilities." He said almost in a whisper.

I cocked an eyebrow. "Why?"

He sighed for a while but then turned to smile at me. "It's just that it can be very dangerous when I use my powers. People might get hurt."

"How so?"

He looked around I guess trying to put his words together. "I have the ability to destroy things that are... well hard to destroy. If I punch the ground it'll shake and hurt everyone on it's path. Its scary."

I smiled wide in enthusiasm. "Oh but that sounds amazing!"

"You'd think so but it can be dangerous." C.C's voice trailed off into deep though and he looked out the small window in the room.

"Why? Did something happ-"

"Why don't I show you around the rest of this place?" He stood up quickly interrupting my sentence.

He held out a hand for me and I took it. I stood up with my apple in hand and looked up at C.C. He probably didn't want to talk about his powers and I was asking too many questions.

Damn it. Me and my big mouth.

I looked away from him before he could turn and see me. The poor boy's abbilities probably hurt someone and he didn't want to tell me.

He's right. It is scary.

We turned a corner and into a corridor with a couple of doors.

"These are all of our bedrooms except for Andy's." C.C explained. "This one's mine." He opened a door to reveal a small room with a single bed, a window, and a treasure chest.

We went inside and I looked around. The bed was kind of small, much like the one I had slept in last night.

"Small, right?" Chuppy asked as he went and sat on his bed. "It's all I have. Some clothes and belongings are in the chest, but other than that it's all we have."

I smiled as I looked at the chest curiously wondering what could be inside. I shook my head hoping to rid myself from the thoughts.

They were C.C's private possessions and I had no right to be looking through them. So instead I smiled and changed the subject.

"So if Andy's room isn't here with the rest of the rooms, where is it?" I asked.

C.C smiled before answering my question. "You slept in his room last night." He finally said. "It's the one you woke up in this morning."

I felt a blush making its way to my face. Sleeping in a guy's room... I just met the dude. How do I know he's not a murderer?

"He saw that too." C.C said smiling at the notice of my blush.

I looked up at him with a confused expression. "What?"

"He saw you two togther in his vision."

"Andy?"

C.C nodded. "You and Andy. Holding hands under the night sky."

My blush deepend as I realized what he was talking about. "No."

"Yes. He's just scared to admit it. Afraid of love, I guess." C.C answered as he stood up and took my hand again. "Come on, there's more to show you."
