•Saylor's POV•

He's leaving for training tomorrow. He's training out of the country. I cry into his shoulder as he rubs my back.
"Baby, don't be sad, I'll see you soon."
"I can't live without you."
"I'll call you every day."
I fell asleep crying in his arms and was woken up when my mom came into the room.
"Saylor."
I sit up and Braeden's not there. "What?"
"We're going over to your sister's today for dinner tonight."
"Okay." I stand up, "wait, I can't."
"Why not?"
"I'm having dinner with a friend." I'm really not.
"Tell them that you'll have to do it another time, She said she has big news."
"I can't, Mom, this is important."
"Sorry Saylor, you have to go to dinner with us."
"Mom, I'm eighteen, I can do what I want."
"My roof, my rules."
"What crawled up your butt?"
"I'm not gonna tell you again, you're going tonight."
"Aughh," she leaves and I get in the shower.
I check my phone after o get out and I have a missed call from Braeden.
I call him back and he picks up on the second ring, "Hey baby girl."
"Hey. I can't see you tonight."
"What, why?"
"I have to go over to Rylynn's for dinner. I guess she has some big news, or whatever. I don't know."
"Well I need to see you, I'm not gonna see you for six months."
"I know, I guess I could see you now."
"Okay, yeah, I'll pick you up in ten."
"Okay." I hang up and finish getting dressed.
He texts me letting me know he's out front and I leave the house.
"Hey baby." He leans over to kiss me and then we leave my house.
We drive to the bowling alley and sit in his truck for a few minutes before either of us moves to get out.
"So you really have to go?"
"Yeah."
I sigh and he kisses my hand, getting out of the truck. I step out and we walk inside together hand in hand.
"Are you ready for graduation tonight? Or are you not going?"
Graduation? "I totally forgot."
I pull out my phone, "Mom, I've got graduation tonight."
"Can't make it."
"I'm going."
"Don't tell me what you're going to do."
I hang up and enjoy my time with Braeden while I still have it.
I pick up the ball and make my way to the lane, strike.
"Hah!" Braeden casually walks up and turns around, sticking the ball in between his legs and pushing the ball backwards. it rolls, and rolls, and rolls, and knocks all of the pins down.
"I bet you can't do it again."
"I know I can't." He laughs sitting back down in the seat while it's my turn.
I throw the ball down the lane and it goes into the gutter, "Crap," I mumble to myself.
"It's okay baby, I still love you." He laughs and scores a strike again when it's his turn.
