It's better to sail away

I love you too much to keep you close to me

I love you too much, to smile and watch you bleed

I love you to much, to leave you on your knees

Begging for help - which you'd never receive

I love you too much to keep you on my mind

Where rotten thoughts keep roaming day and night

I love you too much to cause you all the pain

Being with me, and loving me would sure entail

So I let you go, move away to somewhere else

Meet a new coast, find a new wind to kiss your sails

Here in my seas would you'd never moved nowhere

You'd remain anchored, soaking under rainy veils

As your ship is slowly swallowed by the water

You'd close your eyes and surrender to the currents

You would be lost between the algae and the corals

Stretching your hands up for a glimpse of reassurance

But no saviour would be coming to your rescue

So one more time, I am here to ask you:

Please my love, dont you come back here

I'm warning you, I'm the ocean that you'll fear

If you don't sink because of pressure and bad weather

You will still die of loneliness if you're not cleaver

Please my love, never come back here again

I'm warning you, you don't want to be my man

If you don't sink because of pressure and the weather

You will still die of loneliness if you're not cleaver

This storm won't pass, things will never get better

This storm won't pass, things will never get better
