***February 13th***
The house had been pretty calm the last month. Nothing much paranormal had happened, Camden heard a demonic voice as she fell asleep the night after the gender reveal party but nothing came of it. Occasionally the girls would see flashes of Cassidy but would only last a few seconds at most. Everytime they saw her, her face was laced with fear. They knew something had to be up with her. Nick was sensing something uneasy in the house but was yet to find anything. Amani was sick, she was getting flu like symptoms often and some days she couldn't get out of bed. She was 24 weeks pregnant, at her last appointment Amaya was 11 inches long and weighed exactly a pound. Amani's legs were swelling along with her ankles and they constantly caused her pain. She was miserable most days she was crying and MJ was coming over just to check her blood pressure since she was throwing up she didn't know if the medicine was getting into her system fully or not. Amani was supposed to have weekly appointments due to her frequent illnesses and no matter what medicine she was prescribed she didn't feel any relief. MJ put Amani on bed rest, due to her history of high blood pressure and the risk of preeclampsia and wanting Amani to carry Amaya as close to term as possible. Ally was trying her best to make her Amani eat vegetables and tried to make sure she was hydrated, but as often as she was sick and crying they didn't know how much she was consuming. The nights were rough. Between Camden still have vivid nightmares to Amani crying telling Danielle she couldn't do this, she didn't want to be a mom anymore, Amaya made her so uncomfortable and it the worst at night. She moved the entire night. Danielle would rub her back or sometimes her stomach and she would eventually fall asleep. She knew Amani had until June 2nd, but MJ was going to see if she could deliver a week or two early, just to eliminate a few weeks of her being uncomfortable, but she also didn't want to make any promises. Amani's birthday is May 30th, she was hoping her daughter would come on the same day, but she also didn't want to keep the baby inside for that long.
Camden's nightmares were still happening but none of them contained Cassidy. They just contained the usual demonic figures hurting her and her fiance. She was more terrified of a demon hurting Lauren than herself since the shooting occurred and she knew that, that gun was in her possession when it was fired. Camden and Lauren were basically completely back to their old selves and healed from the injuries sustained during the shooting. Camden even took a few minutes out of each day to jump on the trampoline, and sometimes if Amani was sleeping, Danielle would join her.
Ally and Nick were absolutely in love. They were spending countless hours in Ally's room laying in bed and laughing together. Which is where they currently were.
Nick knew he loved Ally. They shared the most romantic moments together at night.
"You know Ally, nobody has ever stayed with me this long before."
Ally ran her fingers down Nick's arm, "well all the other girls, they never got to know you. You're the one person in my life who makes me feel complete. I really do love you. I've never said that to a guy and felt the way I do when I'm with you. I say it to you and it feels like I'm living in a fairytale. I can't believe out of everything that has happened here, I found you."
Nick smiled, he looked at the two paintings on the wall the two had painted last week uptown, "I just can't believe that I found someone who accepts me for me. I've learned new things from you. I had no idea you liked painting, and I can't paint to save my life, but those two paintings on the wall. They're going in our room when we buy a house together. They're going to remind us of us, young us. I love you so much Allyson Avery Salazar. Thank you for saving me."
Ally hugged Nick close to her, "I love you. You've saved me too."
Nick placed a hand on her boob causing her body to jerk with excitement.
