Chapter Twenty Nine

Marcus took off quickly towards the front door, as he put his hand on the door knob Ally noticed how frantic he was.

"Where are you going?"

"To get you guys a broom."

Ally sighed, "let me guess, their was a dead man hanging in the closet, wasn't there?"

He nodded, "you know about this?"

"Yeah he scares everyone, but he's never left that closet, Mani calls him our party trick. He's never harmed us. Dani get the broom."

Danielle got up grabbed the broom and handed it to Marcus, "here."

He took the broom and girls noticed he was shaking. Danielle grabbed his hand, how about you come and sit down?"

Ally and Danielle led him to the couch he sat down and shifted uncomfortably, "Girls I want you to tell me everything. Everything that has happened in this house. A recap, I need to know. Lauren sugarcoats stuff. She has since her addiction, she never wants me to know how bad things actually are."

Danielle and Ally looked at one another, until Danielle finally spoke, "well there is a lot. Everything started the night we moved in. All the paranormal stuff. Camden started hearing things, voices, footsteps. After a while things started progressing, she was seeing dead people in what Lauren thought were dreams, that's when Lauren took her to the Emergency Room. Coming home from that stay things only got worse, way worse. We all started seeing faces in the mirror that weren't ours, seeing shadows, hearing people talking, laughing, things moving, screaming. Camden being led into the woods and us finding her unconscious. We have Elizabeth here she was killed on that staircase on her wedding day but, she protects this house. Whatever is here, follows us, it comes to hotels and sometimes our dreams when the girls are at the hospital. Camden was possessed one night and her little sister had to see it. The night of their engagement we think Amani was possessed by the devil, or so we think. With Lauren getting shot by Camden-"

Ally cut her off, "that's not true! Lauren wasn't shot by Camden, it was Camden's body but it wasn't her who shot the gun, we also have Cassidy, she's 5, and she died here, drowned. She is the main reason we have demons but she doesn't realize she's the reason, we have so many demons and the spirits manipulate her and they make themselves seem nice and then they attack us and hurt us and Cassidy doesn't understand why."

Marcus finally stepped in, "do you think Cassidy would help you guys fight off the demons if you showed her, they're bad?"

Before anyone could answer that, Cassidy appeared she had two large hands wrapped around her neck, when she spoke her voice was hoarse and almost inaudible, but they heard her, "I can't fight off anything. You need to leave now!" 

She disappeared and a glass from the kitchen flew towards the trio only missing them by the skin of their teeth. 

Marcus grabbed the girls, "we need to get you guys out of here."

Sasha dropped Amani off at the hospital that evening, so she could get updates on Camden and Lauren and keep the other 2 girls notified. She took a seat in the lobby next to Nick who looked like he hadn't slept since the accident, 

"Hey you okay?"

He shook his head, "Years. I have been doing this for years Amani, and I have never seen something like that all of my life. it was horrifying and I heard and saw things that I've never seen or heard before. Camden wasn't even in the body. When Lauren got shot she came too enough to know she had been shot and she didn't fight when the demon turned the gun towards her, she shot herself because Lauren had been shot and honestly she doesn't know Lauren is alive. I don't know what to do, I'm not scared of houses, but yours I am."
