***January 10th***

"Camden, come on I know you have the streamers upstairs, you have to throw them down to me so I can have them to decorate down here. Danielle will be home any minute with the envelope that has the babies gender in it and the lady making the cake has to have it soon the party is tonight. Please throw them down here."

Camden tossed the streamers over the banister, "You just had to ask for them. I'm still moving slow. I've only been home for a few days now."

"8 days actually" Ally said as she smirked at her friend.

The house was filled with welcome home balloons, Ally had been planning a surprise party for Camden coming home, this was a huge deal for Camden she had been gone so long it felt like and everyone was so excited she was coming home and staying home this time. Camden was bummed she had to spend New Years Eve in the hospital but Lauren spent it with her and she give her a kiss at midnight and wished nothing but happiness this year. On New Years Day, her favorite nurse Jamie, told Camden her goal was to have her leave on the 2nd, and that was the day she was being released. Ally wanted to make sure she felt welcome coming back to a home that scared her, but all of her friends were with her and they wanted her home more than anything.

Lauren had been doing significantly better, she was able to sleep upstairs, in her room and she felt like she finally had privacy, and she was going outside more often, and finally getting some sun on her skin had been lacking Vitamin D for months.

While Ally was inside cooking mac n cheese and chicken nuggets for Camden's return home, Danielle joined Lauren who was sitting outside reading.

"Lauren? Do you remember that trampoline you bought for Camden months ago?"

Lauren looked up at the object that was covered in leaves from the large Oak trees above and the sides were covered in dirt. Lauren bought that trampoline shortly after they moved in after Lauren randomly ended up in a store with no recollection on how she got there. Although they had spent so much time in bed or in hospitals they hardly ever used it.

"Yeah Dani I remember."

"I was thinking we could maybe clean it up, you know so Camden can jump on it after she's fully recovered. She loved it and I remember how much she laughed when you bought it for her, and it's the one thing that hasn't been destroyed yet."

Lauren raised her eyebrows at her friends comment, "that's very true Dani. We can do it after you pick up Amani's blood pressure medicine. Take care of her and then we will take care of her trampoline."

Camden was getting dressed to go home, she chose to wear a grey sweatshirt, black sweatpants and a pair of Lauren's flip flops she stole, she had her hair up in a loose pony tail. She knew Lauren would do her hair when she got home that was the one thing she missed was Lauren always braiding her hair or gently brushing through knots making her hair so soft and smooth. She was signing a few discharge papers and her dad sat down next to her.

"MIja, are you sure you want to go home to that house? You can come home with your mom and I. Sophie is there too, we could take you to visit whenever you want."

Camden shook her head, "no offense, but I don't want to go home with you guys, the house is where I belong. It's my home, Lauren is there. I love you, all three of you, and I thank you for taking care of me and helping me get better, but I need some normalcy back in my life, and the only way I'm going to achieve that, is going home. I love you Papa, I do. Let me go home to my friends and my fiance, please."

Andre kissed his daughter on the forehead, "I love you so much Camden, I just want what is best for you."

Camden smiled at her dad, "and I think this is the best thing for me I really do. I miss Lauren, Danielle and Ally. Plus I want to be there for Amani during her pregnancy. I miss them so much, and Ally even has her first real relationship with a good guy and I want to see their relationship blossom. I know the house has given us all hard times, but we're a family there and we're working on getting the house with no demons in it and eventually it'll be a place where we can live safe and sound, but I want to see everyone and sleep in my bed with Lauren close to me.
