Something bad is 'bout to happen to me
I don't know it, but I feel it coming"

We're finally in the month of November. It's been about a  month since we moved. One whole month of happiness. During the first few weeks, it was a struggle to get all of our things put away. But eventually, with the help of Scarlett and the twins, we finally managed to get settled in. But despite how amazing things have been, I've had this terrible feeling lately that I can't seem to get rid of. Though, my worries soon faded away as I set my eyes on the woman I love.

"It's rude to stare, you know." Her eyes meet mine, making me blush a bit.

I shook my head, "I wasn't staring."

She giggles, "But how are you feeling?"

I nervously chuckled, "Better than the last few days."

She tucks a strand of hair behind my ear, making me feel content. "Are you sure? You see–"

I cut her off with a gentle kiss, "I promise, I'm alright."

She sighs,"Okay, I trust you."

I ruffled her hair, making her scrunch her nose in the process. "Are you hungry? I was thinking about making breakfast."

"Starving, actually."

And with that, I sat up from the bed, putting my hair in a bun before leaning over to give her another kiss. She had the brightest smile on her face, causing my heart to flutter with happiness. I had no doubt that she was the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.

"Y/N? Is something wrong?"  She asks, pulling me out of my love trance.

"Oh, nothing. I'll be in the kitchen." I reply before walking out the door.

I chuckled to myself as I made my way to the kitchen. I picked up our cookbook, deciding on waffles, bacon, and hashbrowns. I started by making the batter for the waffles. I whisked the eggs before adding flour, milk, and oil. Next, I plopped the bacon on the stove. Suddenly, I heard a song I knew all to well start playing. Everywhere By Fleetwood Mac.

I turned around to see Liz singing and dancing to the music, making us both become a laughing mess. I could easily feel the unexplainable happiness begin to run throughout my body. I made sure to cherish these type of perfect moments, because you never know which day will be your last.

I was so caught up in the singing, I hadn't even realized my waffle was burning. "Do you need help over there?"

I quickly removed the waffle from the pan, throwing it into the trash. "Yes, that would be amazing. I already have the batter I just need to add the bacon to the pan."

Liz quickly walked to the counter, grabbing a second pan to cook the waffles. I grinned as we both started cooking and continued to sing the music. I don't know what it was, but something about this moment felt special.

"I have a question." Liz asks, stirring the waffle batter.

"Shoot."

She turns her gaze over to me, "Why do you call me Liz?"

I nervously chuckled, I don't know. I guess, it's just my own unique nickname for you. It fits."

She tilted her head, "Why not Lizzie?"

I smirked, "Do you want me to call you Lizzie?"

She shook her head, "No–I just-"

Before she could finish her sentence, I picked up a pile of flour, throwing it on her face. She gave me a playful look, wasting no time to do the same to me. We both chased each other around the house, resulting in a food fight. Our laughter filled the vicinity of the room to the point where the music that was playing couldn't be heard. Needless to say, in the end, our faces were both covered with flour.
