My Love,
I want you to be my girlfriend. I want you all to myself and I know how that could come off but I do, I want you to be mine and I want to show you off to the whole world. I want everybody to know that they missed out on having the most amazing and wonderful woman as their life partner. There is nothing I have been more sure of in my entire life. There is nobody I would rather be with. All of my future plans involve you by my side. I know life is a mess and there's ups and downs and everything might get so chaotic that we fight and it'll become a mess but I know that if I'm with you we can make it. We have a lot to work on if we're going to commit to a relationship but I don't care. I want to do it and I want to do it with you. I know I'm rambling on and you've heard this all before but I'm being real. I know we can do it so I'm going to ask you to be mine. We're going on a date to that place you really like downtown and we're gonna talk a bit about what we both want in a relationship. I hope it's the same thing. I know a lot of people don't really do that before they ask somebody to be in a relationship but with the amount that I've been overthinking it would do some good to make sure we have some sort of the same thoughts about what we want. I don't want to get so far into a relationship with you and find out so long down the line that fundamentally we are not looking for the same things. I want to be healthy with you and this is the first step. I just hope you don't think it's cheesy that I want to start it this way but I want something good and you deserve nothing less than that. I'm writing this to procrastinate a bit and maybe a little pep talk before we go on our date this weekend but I'm sure it will be more than okay.
