Robin's POV
"It is what you think it is," I say but taking the ring box from her and getting down on one knee
"Robin," Y/N says softly but tears still filled her eyes
"Just listen to me for a second, my love," I say
She nods
"From the moment, I met you I knew you were the person for me. I knew that nobody ever would compete with you or even match the kind of person you are to me and for me. You are the one and only person I could ever imagine myself with in life and I do not want to imagine myself with anyone else." I say
Tears start to drip from her eyes.
"I have never been so sure about someone or something in my life until you came along and took my breath away. You are my one and only. Will you Y/N, L/N become Mrs. Gibb?" I ask but opening the box again and looking at her
She nods
"Yes, I will become Mrs. Gibb." She says but starting to cry a bit
"Yayyy." I say but smiling so big and slipping the ring on her finger
"Now come here my love." I say but pulling her in close and hugging her so tightly
"I love you so much," She says as she starts to cry a little but the front door swings open
"Why is Y/N crying? What did you do to her?" Andy asks but looking at us
"Where did you come from and how did you get into my house?" I ask but a little shocked kind of a tone
"I have a key and it is 11 in the morning where do you think I would be going to?" Andy asks but walking over to us
"Why are you here though?" I ask
"I can be but why is she crying?" Andy asks but sitting on the couch
"I just asked her to marry me why else do you think she would be crying?" I ask
"Ohhh, I forgot you said you were going to be doing that. I am so sorry for barging in like that." Andy says
"You knew what you were doing that is why you did something like that." I say
"Okay, maybe but that should not be the center focus right now." Andy says
"Hi Andy." Y/N says but sniffling
"Here is a tissue for you." Andy says but giving me some tissues to wipe Y/N's tears
"I do not know why she cries so much." Andy says
"She is my baby and now you get out of here." I say but looking at him
"Fine, goodbye and Merry Christmas." Andy says but walking out the front door
"Merry Christmas and see you later." I say but shouting back to him
"I think this is the best Christmas ever like we said it would be." Y/N says but looking at me
"I think so too and now this is the time we should be getting ready for the day and getting to go see your parents." I say but standing up
"You have got a point there." She replies but standing up and heading upstairs
"I think we should be able to pretty punctual." I say but following behind her
"I think so too." She replies but going into the bathroom and washing her face and brushing her teeth
"I am so happy that you are mine." I say but watching her do that as I change into my outfit for the day
"Same here." She replies but doing her makeup and hair in the bathroom before changing her outfit
"I think that your parents are going to be one of the first to find out." I say
"I think with Andy knowing everyone is going to know before my family." She replies but with a chuckle and walking out of the bathroom
"Well, true I did not think twice on that one." I say but kissing her cheek then going to wash my face and brush my teeth
"Yeah, he for some reason tells everything." She says but with a chuckle and changing into a red dress and white sparkly heels
"I think that this is going to be one heck of a day though." I say but wiping my mouth off and walking out of the bathroom and putting on shoes
"I think so too, I am just so happy I do not know what to do with myself for right now." She says
"You could come give me a kiss and we can head out to see your parents?" I ask
"You got it." She says but giving me a kiss and then we head off to her parents.
Here is to having an amazing time with her folks and siblings. My future in laws.
And that was our Christmas together!
