- Christmas Day -
Y/N's POV
I think it is kind of insane how today is simply one of the last holidays of the year besides New Years coming up. I think it is kind of nice but also it is sad at the same time.
"I think it is crazy how today is the last holiday for the year besides New Years." Robin says but looking at me
"I know and that is kind of why I do not want to rush out of bed to do anything." I say but laying my head on his chest
"We do not need to rush out of bed to do anything you know my love. It is fine we can just stay here until you are ready for us to get up." Robin replies but kissing my head
"Thank you my baby. I am so glad to have someone like you in my life who is mine for a lifetime." I say but closing my eyes again
"You are so precious you know that?" Robin says but running his fingers through my hair
"Mmm.." I say but slightly smiling
"See you know it is true you know it isss." Robin says but chuckling a bit
"Do you know how adorable you are?" I ask but opening my eyes to look at him
"I am not so adorable but you are." He replies but kissing me and I kiss back
"I love kissing you." I say but giggling
"Me too." He replies but with a smile
"Do you think your brothers are going to come by or are we going to go visit them?" I ask
"It is whatever you would like to do my love.. If you want me to call them up in a little bit we can converse about it." Robin says
"Okay, sounds good to me." I say but smiling
"You smile a lot you know." Robin says
"Well, when I am with you it is hard not to smile looking at you and being in your presence." I say
"Your presence in my life is the most comforting thing you know that?" Robin asks
"Aww, well same here." I say but kissing his nose
"Do you think we are ready to get out of bed?" Robin asks but looking at me
"I think we should be good to get out of bed if you want." I say but sitting up
"Okay, then I am going to go make us some coffee my baby." Robin says
"Okay my love." I say but looking at him
Robin smiles at me as he walks down to the kitchen.
I walk downstairs behind him but walking into the living room and turning on the Christmas lights.
"So cute." I say but looking around
"What was that my love?" Robin asks but from the kitchen
"I was just saying how cute the room looks." I say
"Ah okay my baby." He replies but coming into the living room with two cups of coffee and putting them on the coffee table
"Yay coffee." I say but chuckling
"Yes, I hope you like the way I did it today." Robin says but sipping his coffee and then putting it down
"I think this is one of my favorite Christmas's because it is so calm you know?" I say but looking at the tree
"I know my love." He says but wrapping his arms around me
"I could not imagine my life any more perfect than it is right now." I say
"Same here, when do you think you would be ready to open some gifts?" Robin asks
"Whenever you are ready to do so. I am not in no kind of rush you know." I say
"I am not either just being here is with you is my favorite thing in the world." Robin says but kissing the top of my head
"I realize now how short I am compared to you." I say but giggling
"You make me smile when you say things like that you are my short little baby." Robin says but walking over to the couch but putting his hand out for me
"Let me get this." I say but getting a couple of presents and bringing them over putting them on the table
Puts hand in Robin's hand.
"My love always." Robin says but kissing my hand and I sit beside him
"Who is going first?" I ask
"You will." Robin says but getting one from him to me
"Ugh, okay my love." I say but taking the box from him
"I wonder what it could be." Robin says but looking like he is thinking
I open it up and revealing a gorgeous necklace.
"Oh my god." I say but with the biggest smile on my face
"Do you like it my love?" Robin asks but looking at me
"I do love it." I say smiling
"Then give it to me real quick." Robin says but I hand him the necklace
"Thank you so much my love." I say but looking at him
Robin puts the necklace on me
"Just more beauty added to my beautiful baby." Robin says but smiling
"Your turn your turn." I say but handing him a box
"I wonder what it could be for mee." Robin says but opening it
He opens the box and reveals a bracelet.
"Oh this is so cute my love." Robin says but putting it on
"I think it is kind of funny how they seem to match for us two." I say
"Great minds do think alike." Robin says but smiling
- I kiss his lips softly then smiling -
"Ugh, thank you." Robin says but chuckling
"Always my babyy." I say but smiling
"I think this is the best Christmas thus far we have had you know." Robin says
"I know and I think it is all because of you just being you." I say
"And you being you helps so muchh." Robin says but smiling
- I giggle but look at him -
"What is so darn funny?" Robin asks
"Nothing, nothing at all." I say but stifling a laugh and standing up
"I am gonna get you." Robin says but standing
"Nooo." I say but chuckling and running around the living room
"Come backk." Robin says but chuckling and running after me
"You cant get me." I say but running upstairs and jumping onto the bed
"I am going to get you." Robin says but following after me
"You can't get mee." I say but looking at me
"You corned yourself you know." Robin says but pulling me off the bed
"Damn." I say but chuckling
"That is what you gett." Robin says but smiling and kissing my cheek
"Ugh, whatever we should go back downstairs huh?" I ask
"Of course lets go." Robin says but walking downstairs
"Don't drop me or this is going to be a random Christmas after all." I say
"I would not dare to drop you my love." He says but putting me on the couch
"Thank you." I say but with a chuckle
