- Next Day -
Y/N's POV
Today is our last day here which means like for truth. We are leaving today after we have some breakfast to head back home which kind of sucks but work doesn't wait for nobody.
"I am and am not excited to be able to go back home today." I say
"I think this has been good for us but you know work does not wait on us to make a return." Robin says
"I know but it is okay you know. I am wondering how long the ride back home is going to be." I say
"I think probably about the same where we both have to do some of the driving." Robin says
"It is going to be fine." I say
- We get breakfast then come back to the room -
"This is our last breakfast made for us like this." Robin says
"I think it is kind of funny how we narrate what we are doing each time." I say but with a chuckle and eating some food
"I know it is kind of funny." Robin says but eating
"What time did we want to get on the road?" I ask
"In like an hour or less which would be like 8 or around 7:30." Robin says
"Okay, I think we can do that we do not have much to load into the car." I say
"Yeah, it is just our suitcases and two bags we brought with snacks and such." Robin replies
- We eat our food then finish our food and start to load up the car -
"I am going to miss the hotel the people here are so nice you know?" I say
"I know but we have the boys waiting for us at home. I think one thing we should do is get a pet sometime soon or have some babies." Robin says but he closes the trunk of the car
"Woah woah woah back up what did you just say?" I ask
"I said we should get a pet." Robin says
"And after that?" I ask
"Oh, I said we should have some babies it would be so cute to have little ones of us running around." Robin says
"Like right now as in this year or no?" I ask
"Well no not unless you wanted to but our work would kind of get in the way this year but maybe next year." Robin says
"Well it would be our 5 year anniversary which is kind of nice to think about." I say
"I know it is kind of insane to think about how much time has gone on since we began our journey together." Robin says
"I am so proud of our journey together we have had so much growth since we began this together." I say
"Who knew me hitting you with my car would put us here?" Robin says but with a chuckle
"I know but it is kind of funny." I say
"I do think it is nice to think about it but sometimes it is kind of interesting to think about our way of getting together." Robin says
"Well I think it is time to check out and get on the road." I say
- We get our last items and put them in the car then check out -
"Onto the road." Robin says but we get in the car
"I am glad you are the who is driving first because I am not in the mood to be able to drive but later I will be fine." I say but giggling
"Okay good." Robin says but kissing my lips softly
I return the kiss
"I love when you kiss me randomly." I say but looking at him
"I know you do." Robin says but smiling then we both buckle and he pulls out onto the road
"Onto our next adventure I suppose." I say but looking out the window
"Oh for sure this is not going to be the last time we have a mini adventure." Robin says
"I know but sometimes it is kind of sad to think this time it is done and gone." I say
"But there are things we can plan out to be doing from now on." Robin says
"I am wondering how life is going to be when we get back to the house." I say
"I know me too but I can promise you this life is going to be so much fun and even though we will be back at work.. I think it is going to be fun." Robin says
"With you anything is fun." I say
"Aww baby." Robin says
"What?.. It is true." I say
"I think you are so cute my baby." Robin says
"You love calling me baby don't ya?" I ask
"Why yes, yes I do and I know you like when I do." Robin says but chuckling
"I know it is true.." I say
"We are about to get on the freeway so hang on tight." Robin says
"What are you going to do? Speed on the highway?" I ask
"No, I just know how you are about the highways when you are being a passenger princess." Robin says
"Did you just call me a princess?" I ask
"Yes, I did and I think you know how to feel about it." Robin says
"I am not sure but I think it is cute when you say things like that." I say
"I know I like to call you cute things." Robin says
"My darling my baby." I say but giggling
"I really do not know how long it is going to be for this drive but again like 7 or 8 hours." Robin says
"So since it is like 8 I think we should be there about 4." I say
"I think so too and it could be nice to be able to drive for a bit of time you know? Just us and the open road." Robin says
"I think that could be good too you know help relax us a bit." I say
