- First Day of February -
Y/N's POV
I cannot figure out how it is going to be Valentine's Day already. Like I cannot figure out how this year is going so fast already. It seems like just yesterday was Christmas and now it is going to be Valentine's Day.
"It is quite cold outside today." Robin says but walking in front outside
"Didn't it snow or something last night?" I ask but looking at him
"Yes, it did why do you ask?" Robin asks but looking back at me
"Why do you think you are cold then?" I ask but with a chuckle
"You are right but somethings like this is just kind of weird when we get snow a lot of the time." He says
"I think it is nice when it snows but it is cold." I say
"I mean it is nice but sometimes it can be a bit out of the blue." He replies
"I mean yes it can be but it is nice for the things you can do with the snow after all." Robin says
"That is true but sometimes it is not the packable kind of snow. Do you think this one is?" I ask
"I think it might be." Robin says but turning the hot water on and running his hands under the water
"You defrosting your hands in the water?" I ask
"Why yes, yes I am and it feels nice because I cannot feel my fingers at all right now." He says but with a chuckle
"What were you doing out there anyways?" I ask
"I was trying to defrost the car and get the snow off of it so we could use it today." Robin says
"Oh, that makes sense. What are we going to be doing today?" I ask
"I was thinking we could go get some food and maybe do some shopping to make this house look a little dull and put up some more decorations." Robin says
"Like what kind of decorations? Did you want more Winter or did you want to bring in the Spring decorations?" I ask
"I think since Valentine's Day decorations are ones we could use all year round we could get some of those." He says but holding up the keys
"Hmm, you do have a point let me get my coat and we can head out then." I say but putting on my coat and a hat and some gloves
"Good you got your gloves or else your hands will be cold." He says but with a chuckle
"I think that maybe we should figure out what else we should do when we get back here." I say but looking at him
"I think we could get some warm drinks and make some burritos." Robin says but we walk out to the car and get in
"Oh, this is warm." I say
"I knew putting in my hard work would pay off for the car being warm." Robin says but with a chuckle
"I am glad you are not too cold now." I say but looking out the window
"I know but lets go to the store first and then to get food so we can bring the food home." Robin says but driving to the store and we get out then heading inside
"I think shopping for decorations for the house is always going to be one of my favorite things to be doing." I say but getting a cart
"I would have to agree it is kind of like putting your own personal touch on things." He says but bringing us to the decorations for Valentine's Day
"Ooo, look at all of these decorations. We have so many to pick from." He says but picking out a couple of things right away
"This is going to be fun." I say but picking out some items as well
"I think maybe we should get some picture frames and get photos printed of us to hang up. Also, maybe a few of my brothers and make it like a family wall." Robin says
"Ooo, we should do something like that." I say but getting some pictures frames of different sizes
"I think this should be a good deal of decorations for us to start with and plus we do have some a home we could use too." Robin says
"I think we could go get some burritos now. I think I want a bacon, cheese and egg burrito. It sounds good to me." I say
"That sounds good to me as well." Robin says
"I am excited for us to be able to do these kind of things." I say but we check out and head to the car and loading up the car then getting in
"I think the burritos should not be taking too long to get them." Robin says but driving us to the place and we get out then head inside and order our burritos
"It smells so good in this place." I say but looking at him
"It does smell so good in this place I am so excited for the food we are going to be getting." He says
"I think maybe we should get some warm drinks but if we get them warm here they will be cold at home so lets just wait." I say
"I think you have got a point." He replies but we get our food and heading back to the car and getting in
"These burritos smell so good and like heaven in a bag." I say but with a chuckle
"It does now lets get home so we can enjoy them and then decorate the house." He says but driving home and parking the car
"Yayy." I say but getting out of the car and heading inside with the food and Robin brings in the decorations
"You could have helped with the decorations my love." Robin says but bringing everything else in and putting it on the couch
"I am sorry I was going to come back I just did not want the burritos to be messed up." I say
"Oh, you could have told me that." He says but with a chuckle
"You did not give me a chancee." I say
"Well, lets eat and then decorate." He replies but washing his hands and I do the same
