- Skips to Easter: March 30th, 1975 -
Y/N's POV
It is kind of crazy how today is Easter but I got something cute laid out for Robin today I hope he likes it.
"Hmm." I say but making bunny-shaped pancakes and some bacon on the side but I hear Robin's footsteps coming down the stairs
"Why are you awake so early on Easter morning?" Robin asks but rubbing his eye as he walks into the kitchen
"Early? It is 9:30 in the morning my love." I say but giggling and finishing making the plates
"Oh, when did it become that late this morning?" He asks but hugging me from behind
"Hmm, since now it did." I say but giggling
"What are you doing anyways?" Robin asks
"I am making breakfast, what does it look like I am doing?" I ask but turning to look at him
"I do not know my brain is not working this early." Robin says but kissing my head and sitting down in a chair
"Well, here is some pancakes and some bacon." I say but putting a plate in front of him and a cup of coffee
"Aww, how cute are these pancakes." Robin says but grabbing the syrup and putting some on them
"I know I tried but I did not know how to make them look like bunnies." I say but sitting beside him with the same food but for myself
"You did good, did you have like a cookie cutter shape or something?" Robin asks
"No, I kind of free handed the shape and was praying it would work out." I say but giggling and putting syrup on mine
"Well, they look great and." Robin says but taking a bite
"They taste great as well." He adds to his statement
"Thank youu." I say but eating and we both eat until we are finished
"I am not even sure what we are going to be doing today for Easter." Robin says but washing the dishes
"I have no idea either but I am hoping we could do something fun." I say
"I think my brothers might be doing egg hunts because they are weirdos but maybe we could head over there." Robin says
"Oh, well that could be a fun thing for us to join in on if they let us." I say
"I am sure they would let us how about I go get dressed and then we can head over?" Robin asks but looking at me
"Perfect." I say but with a smile
"Good then." Robin says but going and getting ready then coming back
"I think we are ready now?" I ask
"Yes, lets go." Robin says but getting the car keys
"I wonder if they are going to be doing some sort of egg hunts." I say but we go to the car and head inside
"Hello to you guys too, thank you for coming to our house." Mo says but chuckling
"Hi, we let ourselves in whenever we want." Robin says
"Happy Easter folks, does anyone want an egg hat?" Andy asks
"Made of real eggs or are they fake?" I ask
"They are fake of course, I would not put real eggs on a hat you would have to be crazy to do so." Andy says but laughing
"Then I will take one if they are cute colors." I say
"They are pink and yellow egg hats." Andy says
"Sounds cute, hit me with one." I say but looking at Andy
"Are you guys going to be doing those egg hunts you guys do during this time?" Robin asks
"Yes, we are going to be acting like children for a bit of time for fun but it is what it is. I think we are kind of funny for what we do but others might not think so." Barry says
"I think it is kind of a funny thing to be doing egg hunts but it is also nice to connect back to child like things." I say
"I think so too and I have always loved doing this sort of thing." Andy says
"When do we want to get them started?" Mo asks
"I do not know but whenever is going to be fine with me." Robin says
"I think that might be the best thing." I say
"What would be the best thing for us to be doing?" Andy asks
"I think we should get started now since we have the eggs and such." Mo says
"Then we should, do you think I should hide the eggs?" Barry asks
"You can if you would like to do so and we can hunt them down and then someone else could do them next." Robin says
"I think it is funny how we have no plans but being goofs for today but it is a nice thing to be able to do." Mo says
"I like being goofs." I say
"We are literal goofs if you did not know that." Mo says
"I know but you know you guys are the funniest goofs around and soon you will be my goofy brother in laws and my husband." I say but with a chuckle
"It is going to be so much fun at your wedding and I cannot wait to see what you have done with it." Barry says but getting the eggs
"I know it is going to be the best wedding anyone has ever seen." Robin says but getting off of the couch
"I think we should get started so we can get this all situated pretty soon." Mo says
"I think that would be good now Barry we will not pay not mind when you go out back." Andy say
"Sounds good." Barry says but heading out to the back
I cannot believe this is going to be the way I am spending Easter with the boys. I think it is fun but a bit odd which is fine with me.
