Goombario's Log Day 1: Wow. This has been one of the craziest days of my life. First a massive earthquake breaks our fence, then a mysterious man falls from the sky, which turned out to be Mario. THE Mario. Man, I was so excited to finally meet him in person once he woke up. Unfortunately, things went south pretty quickly. This witch Kammy Koopa put a big block right on our fence door preventing us from leaving. And what's worse is that Bowser has kidnapped Princess Peach again. Oh man, if only there was something I could do?
Goombario: Dad! Sis! What happened!?
Goompapa: Goombario! This wicked Kammy Koopa just broke our fence, again.
Goombaria: And worse, it seems Bowser has kidnapped Princess Peach, again.
Goombaria: Aw man, what can we do?
Goompapa: Don't worry son. I sent Mario to find Goompa and borrow his hammer. That should break the block no problem.
Goombaria: Although, he's been in there for a while and hasn't come out yet. You think something's wrong?
Goombario: Eh. Gooma's probably telling him another one of her long-winded stories. There's nothing to worry about, besides the thing that we should be worried about.
