/ Phew, that Victor wasn't too mad once I told him that we took care of that woman. He seemed more upset about something else, and just wouldn't tell me what it was no matter how much I tried to pry.
I guess we were both rude, but I was still reluctant to give him the badge afterwards. He even nearly refused the Ghostium Z. Jerk. At least uncle Nanu can be civil sometimes.
Even if he can get on my nerves. The least he can do is show a little more respect for his job as the Kahuna. Today has been weird enough as it is.
Locals were mentioning an irregular meteor shower a couple nights ago. Speaking of showers, did it really have to rain now? We just had a tropical Storm less than a week ago.
Sigh, get it together Acerola. Focus on the meteor report. Not that I had time to check those claims yet.
What with the ultra beast interrupting my investigation of Guzma, the Clefairy building some kind of statue, or something, and finally we get to the biggest mystery of them all.
The crazy lady, and the two mysterious pokemon on the beach yesterday. I recognize the Steenee from when I met Mallow, and she used to bring it with her when all the trial captains would meet up, but I know for a fact that she evolved it since.
Heheh, maybe those two pokemon are on some sort of heroic quest to defeat the evil one, or something. Hahaha.
That would be silly. I've been reading too many fairy tales to those kids. Well it couldn't hurt to ask someone near by. Scuse me, have you guys seen any unusual pokemon around here? \
#$@! Acerola!? It's quite an honor to have you stop by. Me, and few other folks this morning heard some strange noises early in the morning outside so we left our trailers to investigate, but by the time we got dressed, whatever made the noises were gone.
Nothing but the sun rising in the distance. We did hear footsteps heading towards the desert however, not that any of us would give chase into that sacred place. !@$#
/ That can't be it though, that would mean they're still in there. I got to go after them. They won't last long in there. \
#$@! Woah there, slow down Acerola, they're fine we saw them come out five minutes ago while peeking through our windows, you might be able to catch up. I think one of them was a Steenee, but I only really recognized the Absol, and the Ribombee.
The last one was pretty plump though. We couldn't really do much since we were caught off guard by this sudden drizzle. They went east, you can still catch up to them if you go now. !@$#
/ Well thank you, that was a huge help. Waiiit a second... Were you guys standing outside waiting for them to leave the desert this whole time just to catch them before the sudden rain ruined your plan? \
The young man's face begins to have water drip down despite being under an umbrella. #$@! Well, yes, and no? Can you blame us for trying? !@$#
/ Well I guess not, it's not like you knew I was looking for them. Thanks for your help, got to go.\
@$@! Dude, why didn't you tell her about the Herdier, and the blue Corsola? !@$@ #$@! Look I don't like keeping secrets from an elite four member but come on.
You can't tell me that your willing to pass up this chance to catch a shiny pokemon? What if she takes it in as evidence, or something. We just have to wait for them to leave the desert.
There's only one exit after all. !@$# @$@! You may have to get in line then. Seems like everyone else is thinking the same thing. !@$@
