p^^ Hey slow down, the sun is barely up. I still need to eat you know. ^^p  Mimikyu rolls her eyes. Not that Pancham can see them clearly. @~ Fine, but make it quick. I finished sewing my outfit hours ago, what's one more hour when my friend's life could be in danger?

&"& Calm down Mimikyu, this isn't the place, or time to bicker. We cannot go for a day without food like you seem to. 

We naturally must heed the call of nature as well from time to time. Please try to understand our limits. I want to find your Alex as much as you do. Surely she will stop to take breaks too. &"&

@~ I know that makes sense Crabrawler, but I also have seen more of this island. I know what's out there. I can't imagine what will happen if she runs into them. Already some weird things happened while you two were sleeping.

A rotom without a Dex flies by, the Island Kahuna taking a nightly stroll back in the direction we came from.  Too many things to worry about. ~@

p^^ I know you're worried Mimikyu, but didn't you also say this village is where you grew up? Shouldn't this be a special celebration for you? ^^p

Mimikyu looks to the ground in resignation. @~ Sigh, I know I should be happy that I'm finally home, but I just can't shake this uneasy feeling. Not to mention the crazy lady could still be in the area.

Why do you think I originally left Tapu Village? It wasn't because of those pokemon, I didn't meet them till later. It was because of her. I fear we might be too late. ~@ Crabrawler places a blue claw on Mimikyu's supposed shoulder.

&"& If it really troubles your heart, allow me to ask the locals if they seen anything. I can get something to eat, and I can get intel on the whereabouts of your wayward friend. &"&

As Crabrawler disappears into the tall grass, Pancham does a double take. p^^ Wait!? So am I the only one who picked up that he's going to eat someone after they give him the intel!?

Before Mimikyu can answer, a large shadow flies over head. @~ Look out! ~@ Both pokemon duck for cover in the grass only to see the shadow pass by.

@~ Oops sorry. Heheh, guess I have bad memories of bird pokemon now. ~@ p^^ I know Mimikyu I was there.  More importantly why is your shadow floating, and alive? ^^p

I look behind me to see another Mimikyu. She appeared to be a shiny variant that had a flower adornment next to her left Pikachu ear. A piece of her fabric was torn off, and had what looked like regular yellow Mimikyu cloth sewn in to replace the missing piece.

I had the weirdest sense of peace, and calm overcome my senses. I wasn't feeling as stressed all of a sudden. I look back to Pancham who's face seemed to turn almost as white as the Mimikyu behind me, but when I turn to compare them, the other Mimikyu disappeared.

@~ So did all that really happen, or was Crabrawler right, and I really do need a day to relax? ~@

Fo concentrates his eyes on the spot that Toucannon gestured. There are several foot prints mixed into the orange soil, and sand, but yes, there is one large round imprint there. It was as if Sid landed on his back, and stayed there for a bit.

<< The Ground is still wet from yesterday's drizzle. The footprints should still be visible for a little longer. If we follow them, we should be able to catch up to them very soon. >>
