one month later —- (three months 'pregnant')
"When exactly do you start to get fat when you're pregnant?" Ivy asked. She has been hanging out at my house lately
"For me, when I was first pregnant I got fat when I was 4 months so make sure they make a four month looking belly." I told her
"Yea but you're gonna have to come with. They need your measurements and stuff like that." Ivy says.
"Yea sure, but you need to do what you do best, start the rumor." I told her.
"Oh yea. Oh trust me, I know what to do. I'll tell the chattest people and then I'll talk about it while I'm near Joshy. I mean Joshua." Ivy says
"Ok. Well let's go. We don't wanna be late." I said. Then we went to school.
At school
We go our separate ways before we enter the building. The plan is in action. She gonna tell the chatty gossip girls and soon the whole school will know. I just hope I'm ready for that.
one hour and 30 minutes later —- (Josh's p.o.v )
I walk in the hallway and I over hear something.
"I mean, first the new girl and now Ashley, he's gonna be a father of two at the age of 17. Poor Ashley though, she's gonna have t raise this baby by herself." A girl named Stacy says
"What if she goes and you know, terminate the pregnancy." Ivy says.
"Wait, wait, what?" I said.
"Oh, you didn't hear, Ashley's totally preggers. She has all of the symptoms and she told Ivy on one of her melt downs about you." Stacy says
"It's true. I was just as surprised as you are." Ivy says. Then I walk around the school trying to find her. I couldn't find her anywhere. I was about to do the most embarrassing thing in my life. Go in the girls bathroom. As I walked in I heard someone throwing up.
"Ashley?" I called out.
Ashley's p.o.v
I heard Josh call my name. I'm not even faking it, I'm really throwing up. What's going on!
"Ashley, is it true? Are you pregnant?" He asked. I hesitated to reply with a yes. But I did. It had to be done.
"Yea, what do you care?" I said as I flushed the toilet's and walked out the stall. I rinsed my face off. Josh was just staring at me. "Oh my god stop starring at me!" I ylled
"I'm sorry." He says
"I don't care, I'm not keeping it." I said
"That's my child too, you can't just kill it." Josh says.
"Go to your real girlfriend, Nichole. She's keeping the baby right?" I asked
"I don't know." He says.
"Listen, I'm not asking for anything from you. But I do need a bestfriend right now." I said. I am totally convincing.
"No, I wanna be there, for both of you guys but I know it's gonna be hard to do." Josh says
