"Then you and Collins came in" Daisy finished explaining as Collins wrote down every word she spoke. Lee gave her hand a reassuring squeeze under the table. "You did great sweetheart" he whispered in her ear."can I go home now?" She asked, staring down at the table.

Nothing made sense anymore, was Maggie's apology and confession only to rid her of her guilt. Why would she try and kill Daisy?  Out of pure jealousy.

Daisy pushed back the wooden chair with a  screak on the tiled floor. Before Lee could stop her, the door to the office was slammed closed. Lee let out a breath he didn't realise he was holding, "she's strong, just give her time" Collins gave him a reassuring smile.

Lee took Colin's advice and let Daisy have some space. Locking the front door behind him. The house looked untouched, Her coat wasn't hung up by the door. He placed his hand on the stove to find it stone cold and nothing covered up in the oven.

Daisy was no where to be seen, not even in there bedroom. He opened the bathroom door and breathed a sigh of relief.

His Daisy, His beautiful Daisy. Sat in the bath, her knees tucked up into her chest. Her blood shot eyes looking up at him as she felt his warm hand on her shoulder.

Wiping away her tears with his thumb on her Rosey red cheeks. "Your freezing darlin" he whispered in her ear.

She was too busy in her own thoughts to realise she had been sat in the tub for house in the stone cold water surrounding her. Daisy silently nodded, not trusting her own voice to form words and not choked sobs.

Lee scooped her out of the tub, not caring that his shirt was going to be soaked. feeling his body against hers, Daisy nuzzled into his neck, letting her body mould to his. Lee carried her to the bedroom placing her down on her feet, making sure she was stable before letting go. Her eyes fixed on a spot in front of her, nothing particular just a space in front of her. 

she lifted her arms as she felt Lee rubbing her body dry with a towel, leaving small kisses over her shoulders. whispering sweet nothings to her, Daisy was completely zoned out to here what he was saying. nothing was really registering until she felt the bed sheets being pulled over her.

"get some sleep darlin, you did amazing today" He praised her, running his fingers through her hair. placing a soft kiss on her forehead before turning to leave. "NO!" Daisy shouted as she jolted out of bed. "please stay Lee, don't leave me" she begged. 

Lee smiled softly, "Id never leave ya darlin" he spoke softly climbing into bed with her. He body reacted faster then her mind, instantly wrapping her arms around his chest pulling him close, letting sleep take its course.
