Okay, maybe bed rest wasnt too bad...
Daisy had done a good job of keeping the boys in line and not disturbing him under any circumstances.
It also ment she visited every evening, only for a few hours to drop off a meal and keep him in the loop.
Oh he would love it if she could come home to him every night, his perfect house wife.
He would pulled out of his fantasy land by Daisy closing his office door "we need to talk" she stated.
Uh-oh nothing good happened what that is said, specially from a woman.
Lee swallowed the lump in his throat. "W..what about sugar?" He stuttered. Did she find the photos in his desk and had she be receiving letters too?She walked up to him with a serious expression, hiding something behind her back. "I thought I'd do something nice. Make sure this pace is ship shape and your cruiser was clean" she explained.
Oh shit...
Lee knew what was coming and he some how had to explain it. It wasn't his fault that he found Daisy so attractive or that she wore dresses that showed off her perfect figure.
Daisy leaned over his desk, looking him square in the eyes, he was sure a bead of sweat just rolled down his face.
"You promised you'd stop snacking at work" she smiled, placing a hand full of candy wrappers on his desk. Lee let out a breath he didn't realise he was holding. He had he caught red handed.
Chuckling he replied "I'm cutting back darling I promise. I can't stop overnight" Daisy giggled, she loved to wind him up and she wasn't quite finished. Placing a kiss on his cheek she left his office.
She poked her head back in quickly "oh by the way Pepsi cups, smart thinking Bodecker" she winked. And there it was, the thing he thought she was confronting him about. His face turned a deep shade of red, he stumbled on his words trying to explain to her it wasn't what it looked like.
But really it was, he had jacked off at the thought of her far too many times to deny it.
Daisy burst out laughing as she closed the door behind her. "What's so funny miss Belle?" Collins asked with a raised brow.
Since that afternoon he comforted her, they had become close. Daisy had told Lee that the pair of them had started a friendship and nothing more, there was no reason to get jealous about it. Surprisingly lee trusted her.
"Winding the sherif up, what else?" She asked, Collins chuckled at her. He knew about their relationship and promised to keep it quiet.
Honestly he knew something was going on. Lee wasn't shouting as much as usual and he was often smiling. And it all started once Daisy came to the station. Not only did she change lee, the boys had changed for the better too.
"Could I ask you a favour Daisy?" He questioned, rubbing the back of his neck with his free hand. She hummed in response, concentrating on not scolding her self on the hot coffee pot. "It's my wedding anniversary in two weeks, would you er, baby sit for me?" He asked nervously.
She instantly put the pot down and turned to face him "yes! Of course I would!!" She answered pulling him into a hug "you and your wife deserve some time and I love kids!"
Collins breathed a sigh of relief " your the best Daisy!" He expressed placing a kiss on her cheek. He left the kitchen to go and make dinner reservations. A deep cough caught her attention, lee standing in the door way "what was that about?" He questioned, trying not to let his jealousy get the better of him.
He promised to trust Daisy and he did, after all she had been through. It was others she didn't trust. "He's taking his wife out for there anniversary, asked if I could baby sit" she explained, continuing to pour a hot cup of coffee for everyone. "And?" He asked, taking long strides towards her.
Playing the intimidating role of the the boss. Now Lee liked this little act he had to put on I front of the boys, being the dominant alpha male. The sweet innocent Daisy being his submissive. As much as he loved her looking up at him with those big doe eyes, he knew she had a hidden domination side.
A side he would quite like to see, as often as possible.
"I said yes of course!" She smiled, Daisy always wanted a younger brother or sister and this was going to be as close as she got to it. Growing up with out the mother figure, her maternal instincts kicked in pretty early on on in life.
She would go to school then come home and do everything Dianna would have. She cooked, cleaned, did the washing, you name it. Daisy didn't have a childhood like everyone else in town. She looked after the house while George brought home the money.
Daisy didn't mind though. In her mind it set her up ready to settle down with the right man. Be that perfect little house wife they all desired.
Lee picked up his mug, his coffee black with one sugar just how he likes it. "Your an angel" he whispered in her ear, placing a soft kiss just below on the spot that sent her wild.
Pushing her thighs closer together, biting her bottom lip. She knew what he was doing, teasing her at work.
This was payback for the comment on the Pepsi cup...
..and she loved it
