"Do you realise I can walk?" Daisy asked Collins as he carried her up the steps. "I know, just want to help you with your plan" Collins smiled as he took each step carefully, with Daisy on his back.

After three days the doctors said she was fit enough to go home. Just rest her leg and go steady if she was to go back to work.

She thought that lee had suffered enough. Using the spare key she still had to let herself in whilst he was at work. Collins instantly agreed to help he.

He and everyone else at the station wanted the old lee back, with out the drink and drugs.

Collins gently placed her down at the door. "Sure I can't do anything else?" He asked, "you e done more than enough, Thank you" she hugged him with a smile before entering the house.

She was surprised at how clean it was. If lee had gone off the rails like everyone said he had, he kept his home looking like the day she left. Either that or he hasn't been home.

A few hours later Daisy was knackered, cooking with a broken leg wasn't easy but she pushed through.she had to make it up to lee for all the screaming she did at him.

The sound of a key in the lock made her feel instantly nervous, the voice of another woman making her feel sick.

No he wouldn't do this to her, she had already been through far too much. Lee opened the door accompanied by a blonde. "Make ya self at home, you can stay as long as ya need to" lee explained pulling the woman into a hug.

Daisy stood in the door way of the kitchen and cleared her throat "didnt take you long" she commented, with no tears left to cry. She had cried plenty over lee Bodecker and there wasn't going to be any more.

"Daisy it's not what it looks like" lee began but Daisy had already thrown a pillow at him "like hell it isn't!" She shouted, trying to pull her coat on.

The woman stopped her by pulling her in to a hug "your Daisy? Lee has told me so much about you!" She exclaimed excited. "And you are?" She asked clearly unimpressed by the contact of this strange woman

"Oh I'm sandy, lee's sister" she introduced herself. The relief washed over Daisy like a wave. She knew of Sandy but had never met her obviously. "I'm so sorry I only cooked for two, I didn't know we would be having a guest" Daisy smiled sadly.

"It's no problem, I was only staying to help lee get clean" she explained, yeah one drug user helping the other to get clean. That sounds like a great idea.

Sandy gave both Daisy and Lee a hug before she left, leaving the awkward silence with her. "I bet your hungry" Daisy stated before hobbling into the kitchen.

Lee couldn't believe she was home, home where she belonged with him. "You sit down sugar, you should be resting" lee commanded taking the tray out of her hands, a tuna bake, one of his favourites.

"It's my job to look after you" Daisy waved him off as she placed two plates down on the counter top. "It's my job to provided for my Daughter" he explained, the word daughter felt so foreign to him.

I guess she was going to be a Bodecker after all, just not the way lee wanted her to be. "No lee as a house wife it's my job to put tea in the table" she stated as she scooped a healthy portion on to a plate.

"Wait? what?" He asked, great now he was hearing things, that must have been a bad batch of coke.

Daisy held out a ripped envelope, the same one Collins gave him. He never got it opened, he just made his way to the hospital as fast as he could. "Please read it" she begged softly.

Walking away to the dining room table with two plates full of good in her hands.

Lee swallowed the lump in his throat before reading the paper in his hands.
