"where we going lee?" Daisy asked as she giggled. Once again blindfolded in the cruiser. It had been a quiet few weeks, everything slotting back into place as it should be. "Wouldn't be much of a surprise if I told ya now would it?" Lee explained as he drove, they hadn't gone too far but Daisy had no clue where she was.

She fidgeted in her seat, curiosity eating at her. "And we're here, don't you dare take it off" he commanded, watching her reach for the blind fold out of the corner of his eye.

Daisy sighed in defeat, feeling lee's hands guide her out of the cruiser and on to the street. One hand on her hip and the other on the blindfold, "I love you Daisy" he declared, pulling at the knot, the fabric falling from her eyes.

She blinked a few times to let the view before her become clearer.
A store?
A vacant store at that.

She looked at lee confused, he was just smiling at her like a maniac. "It's a store?" She asked stating the obvious. "It's your store" he corrected. Wait her store?! What the hell was she suppose to do with an old......oh........

The pieces clicked in her head like a jigsaw. "You are good enough sugar, and I even got your first job" he complimented her holding out the keys. She took them with a smile, twisting them in the lock.

Gosh this store was beautiful in the inside, lee really out did himself. Her sewing machine was set up perfectly. How did she not notice it had gone missing along with her stash of fabric. "Oh lee" she breathed, tears pricking the corner of her eyes. He did all this, he did all this for her.

"Now Mrs Collins wanted to be the first customer and she wanted to stand out at the Christmas party" he explained walking her over to the table, a brand new sketch book and pencil upon it. "How much did this all cost Lee?" She questioned, the realisation hitting her. The feeling of guilt rising up in her, she knew this couldn't have been cheep.

"It was worth every penny to see you smile" he placed a soft kiss on her forehead "now I know you got a job to do sugar but I want you to be the best looking girl at the party" her smile faded, she had forgotten she hadn't told Lee yet.

"I ain't going lee" she muted barely above a whisper "I don't wanna cause any more issues for ya Lee" she walked away pulling various fabrics out of a pile, hoping lee would just leave her to work and that this wasn't going to turn into an argument. As it would often do.

Daisy still felt like this situation was all her fault, and with the person doing it still out there, she wanted to keep a low profile for now. Till it was truly over. "Sugar you ain't causing an issues, I wanna show off my girl" he explained, placing his hand on her waist from behind.

"Can you pick me up later? I ain't got long to finish this dress" she asked moving away to start drawing. Lee sighed, what was it going to take to stop her from blaming herself? All he wants is her by his side, to love and to cherish, now and forever.

Reluctantly he left her to work. As soon as the door closed she wiped away the tears running down her face.

Remembering the death threats and photos she had been sent that morning
