A week later

Sam's PoV ~

Things have kind of gone back to normal Melody still can't stand Bella and Bella has been trying to see Jacob at any given time especially since she now knows about us changing forms and having the Volturi here. It was my turn to patrol along with Leah, Jared and Paul when there was a howl it was hard to try and make sense of the rambling in my head, that was until I heard Seth shout like he was in pain my first thought was Sue and I ran back.

When I arrived Leah was already there and she howled again before going into the forest to get clothes but she hadn't gone inside yet "Leah you should go" Leah shook her head and stepped back, after getting to see Leah being so strong it really felt weird to she her timid and vulnerable "Melody is coming Melody has to come" and as if speaking it into existence Melody arrived in her air form, Melody landed and looked around worried.

"Leah baby you howled where is Seth, is it Sue" Leah just grabbed Melody's hand and took her inside the house we all waited for what felt like hours.

Melody's PoV ~

My mind was going a mile a minute, I heard the howls and when I heard Leah howl I stopped in my tracks because it can't be. I took off leaving the Cullen household and changing into my air form but forgetting that Isabella was there, my main concern was so I could get there quicker, Jasper ran after me with Bree, but my priority was to get to Leah and Seth. I got there to see Leah coming out of the forest.

As I go to land I see everyone look at me but I say nothing and go over to one of my children, but where's Seth "Leah baby you howled where is Seth, is it Sue" but she said nothing I tried to find the answer in her eyes but I couldn't now I'm more worried, Leah grabs my hand and walks me into the house and we head to Sue's room. As we entered Sue and Seth looked up at us and Seth ran over I hugged him and wrapped him in my wing.

Then I let go when I saw Sue looking at me and I went over to her "hey Sue is it time" she nods "I don't want to go but it's getting more painful" she then pulled her top to the side and where the pack has a tattoo Sue had one but hers was expanding and turning her neck and shoulder black, "ooh Sue, I know I can't save you but at least I could've stopped the pain" she smile and cupped my cheeks "my sweet girl you healed Emily, gave my pups a mother and made the pack stronger" now why she gonna make me cry.

"Just tell me your wish and I will do my best" she smiled weakly "I want to hear you sing properly no holding back" I got up and opened the window "I need you all to go into the tree line I'm going to grant Sue's request" they all looked up I knew they heard but they were probably confused but like always listen to what I say. I jumped out of the window and took a deep breath, I release my powers and I had to think of what I could sing.

I take a deep breath and let myself relax I knew I had to sing a song I could belt as that was one of the ways I wouldn't hold back, so I began singing I'm here from The Color Purple.
