Aro's PoV ~

I wasn't even surprised that she had claimed them as her sons though, if my mate could she probably would adopt the whole Volturi as her especially hearing their stories and how we found some of them. I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard Leah laugh "ma Jake's complaining" this made the shifters head snap to look at Leah with disbelief "ooh so you wanna play with me" before he could even then to run he was wrapped in vines.

Third Persons PoV ~

It didn't take long for the vampiric guard followed by the two elemental guards to arrive back in Forks, Washington fuelled by their excitement to meet the new additions to the coven and elemental kingdom, as well as bring the prisoners to their leaders feet. Demetri was honestly excited to relax and spend some time with his friends. 

In the time he had know Seth and Leah he had grown close to them, shocking many of the Volturi as his dislike to that of werewolves were known but he got along with the shifters almost as if they had been friends for years. Then to find out that his best friend and up and coming friend were mates made him smile, even though Demetri was known as the jokester of the guards he was very observant partially due to his gift.

Only wanting the best for friends and family, the elite guard were the most damaged in the coven because of what they went through in their human lives. Each of them wanting love and Demetri was happy to see that happening for his friends but he was also envious of them as he wondered when it would be his turn, for as powerful as his gift was and how excellent a tracker he was, there was one thing that Demetri couldn't seem to find and that was his mate.

But after seeing the love that the kings had with the queen Demetri was more than happy to wait, a shadow flew over Demetri making him stop in his tracks when he looked up he saw Ezra flying and doing tricks making him smile then he turned to looked for Gaia who was jumping from branch to branch just having fun. He felt like he could have fun with the two elementals and let go of his worries though that thought was stopped and he didn't want to be a burden to his new friends.

"Demetri you will be left behind if you keep standing there" shouted Ezra but when Demetri didn't respond the male elemental grew worried. Ezra couldn't deny that Demetri was a handsome man and that he had a boyish charm but it was up to fate to decide if there could be each others chosen or not. In the elemental world true loves were rare especially after the tyrant queens rule, she bought discord and imbalance to their world but the connection had to be built.

Compared to other supernaturals that would just bond, elementals prided themselves on being different from the stories as they grew to know their potential partners before calling each other mate. This was also because the elemental world was not only diverse in the usage of elements but also their cultures, Ezra believed that he would never find his chosen as he wasn't that good looking compared to the other guards, and he was shorter as well. So to not be let down Ezra never looked anyone in their eyes. However, since most of the elemental guards stayed around the Queen they had come to realized that the stories they thought they knew were wrong, while yes Vampires and Shifters would bond quickly they would get to learn about the person they would be with during the whole time.

"Demetri is everything okay" said the air elemental, becoming more and more worried but the vampire said nothing and then finally snapped out of his thoughts "I am okay now sorry about that" Ezra said nothing then took off again, wanting to get home sooner little did he know about the surprised that awaited him in the form of his cousins healing wings.

Melody's PoV ~

I was laughing with my family just enjoying their comfort, even though I wanted to hurt that brat more than ever. Especially for all the sadness she is putting my child through, I thought of my plan to basically make her a hybrid by giving her some of my essence. I didn't plan to give either her and Alice a lot but enough so that they would feel all the pain I would inflict on them, my first stop was to where my guards were holding Isabella and I looked at them, each of them bowing to me.
