Melody's PoV ~

"My name is Melody Volturi and I am your queen" some of the nomads bowed while others looked at me with disgust I raised my eyebrow at their attitude "to the ones that haven't bowed I'm guessing you have something to say" they stayed quiet making me annoyed.

Then I felt a calm wave hit me I looked at Jasper and sent him my appreciation through my emotions, then there was a scoff from the males so I looked at them. "There is no way a black witch could be the queens of the vampires" well that is a new one.

Then 2 growls took over the whole throne room and I knew it was my wolf children, they crept out of the shadows from behind the throne with snarls loud and showing clear warning. This made the nomads that were not in agreement of me step back in fear.

Seth and Leah positioned themselves around as a barrier and would growl when the nomads looked at me. I felt no way and was happy to kill them but I can't kill everyone that annoys me no matter how tempting it is.

"That's impossible, my kings why have you not killed them they are our enemies" Jasper growled which also meant he stopped keeping me calm. Instead of feeling annoyed I zoned into the elements but something in the air didn't feel right "Aurora" I whispered knowing she would hear me.

Within minutes she was in the room and had knocked the nomads out of her way, I looked at her to say really "they disrespected you, so they don't get my respect" she said without a care. Aurora bowed once she got closer "I'm guessing this is about the air my queen" I nod as I look at her.

She sigh "it will be better if you changed into your elemental form my queen" I was stopped when I saw a vampire lunge at me. I simply stepped to the side "that was brave of you" I say looking at the female nomad now at my feet "I will never accept you as my queen, there are already 2 queens and they are vampire something you are not"

I laugh as I look at the vampire at my feet "Marcus before I kill her do you see any bonds that I need to be wary off" my mate sits up dropping his act now "no my queen I don't see anything" I smile at that I'm done playing nice.

Caius and Aro move quick and hold the woman down not that it was needed, I walk over to her and I rip of her head then I set my hand on fire. The nomads become scared "let me make this clear whether or not you agree to it I am your queen, I will try and be a reasonable and lead with compassion but if you cross me and my cover, nothing can stop me"

I say as I look around the room " am I understood" when no one answered to me, my mate the strict Caius got involved "my mate, your queen asked a question" I smiled sweetly and walked out of the throne room Leah and Seth on my heels growling as we passed the nomads.

Looking back at my mates "do as you see fit my kings but remember we need our own witnesses" I heard them groan making me laugh some more.

Back in Forks

Charlie's PoV ~

I had gotten closer to one of my grand daughters and while she doesn't have a name I love her dearly, Rosalie had brought the child to me saying that the house wasn't a good environment. At first I didn't understand, since the only information Rosalie gave me is that the child is my granddaughter.

I had also tried to ask the pack but they were also hesitant in giving me information, like hello my sister is the queen of the Volturi. My confusion became worse as I saw not only more wolves I hadn't seen before, but I had also realized that the pack members I didn't know seemed to be keeping an eye on me and the child.

"Hey buttercup you need to eat something" I say to her softly and she looked at the food but didn't reach to eat anything "am I allowed to eat" I kept my face calm but my mind was racing, I was pissed and as if she read my thoughts my grand child flinched hard. I'm gonna call my sister.
