I sit on a bench thinking about what to do, I just lost my parents and my brother has disappeared and is assumed dead. I'm the only living L/n, as far as the world is concerned. I sigh as I hold onto the only thing that survived the fire my parents died in. A family portrait, depicting my parents, my brother, and me happily smiling together. I smile at the picture as a police officer comes to talk to me.

"Hey, do you have anywhere to stay? Like a family member or family friend?" He asks and I shake my head.

"I'm the only living person now, My parents just died in that fire and my brother disappeared two years ago and is presumed dead" I explain, and the officer nods and goes over to talk to other officers and some pro heroes. I see the pro heroes and get confused. I walk over to the group and clear my throat. One of the pro heroes, Present Mic looks over to me.

"What can we do for you, sweetheart?" Present Mic asks.

"Why are you and other pro heroes here? Was it a villain attack that burned my house down?" I ask and Present Mic looks at me sadly.

"It seems like it was, and a personal one at that. We are still investigating it." He explains and I nod and sit down on the curb laying my head down on my knees. The officers and Pros were talking but I drown them out closing my eyes and thinking about what to do now. Next thing I know I'm being shaken awake by someone. I lift my head and see Pro Hero Eraser Head crouching in front of me.

"Hey kid, would you like to stay with my partner and me for a while?" Eraser asks and I smile tiredly.

"That'd be nice if you are okay with it," I say, and Eraser nods.

"Come on let's go," He says and I stand up walking with him to a car. I get in and look at the driver's side and smile seeing Present Mic in the front seat.

"Ready to go home, sweetheart?" Present Mic asks and I nod buckling up and looking out the window, seeing the rubble of my childhood home fade into the distance. We eventually pull up into the driveway of a lovely home. It's nice, not too big but isn't too small either. The perfect size for a little family. We walk in and they both show me around.

"Lastly, this will be your room, we can customize it however you like this weekend, for now, let's all get some sleep," Eraser says and I smile at the two males who took me in.

"Thank you both, I appreciate you taking me in," I say and they both smile.

"You are welcome Kiddo, oh, and call me Hizashi and that's Shota," Present Mic says and I nod.

"Okay thank you Shota and Hizashi," I say hugging them both.

"You're welcome, kiddo now let's all get to bed," Shota says and I nod and walk to the bed. I get in and smile at them both.

"Night sweetheart," Hizashi says and I yawn.

"Night," I say and quickly fall asleep, the last thing I hear is the door close.

-Six years later-

"DAD! Where is my bag?" I ask looking around my room for my backpack.

"It's already downstairs by the door, where your dad is waiting for you sweetheart" I hear Papa say.

"Thanks, Papa! You are a lifesaver" I say as I pass him in the hall.

"You're welcome pumpkin, now let's all get in the car," Papa says and I nod.
