Y/n is standing in front of his best friend's door knocking. The door opens revealing said friend and Y/n sighs.

"Hey Ten Ten," Y/n says and Iida looks at him.

"Hey, what's up, Y/n?" Iida asks.

"I gotta tell you something," Y/n says tears gathering in his eyes.

"Hey whoa, what's wrong?" Iida asks.

"I- I'm moving to another city, I can't go to the same school anymore," Y/n says.

"Oh," Iida says, and Y/n tears up even more.

"Hey, it'll be okay, we'll see each other again I just know it," Iida says, and Y/n nods.

"I'll find my way back home to you," Y/n says and Iida nods.

"Stay out of trouble okay," Iida says, and Y/n nods.

"Let loose a little okay?" Y/n says and Iida nods.

"Y/n time to leave," Y/n's dad says.

"Okay! Bye, Tenya" Y/n says hugging Iida one last time.

"Bye Y/n" Iida says as they separate and Y/n walks away Once out of sight Iida sighs.

"I love you..." Iida says as he walks into his house sad.

Years pass and now Iida is in his second year at UA. With friends and a whole classroom of people he adores. Y/n far back in his mind. Having not been able to stay in contact or see each other since the day he left. Iida is asking Bakugo to take his feet off the desk for the fifth time this week.

"Class sit down and be quiet, I have an announcement," Aizawa says walking in. Iida sits in his seat giving up on Bakugo listening to him.

"We are having someone join us this year, They are quite skilled and expect you all to treat him nicely," Aizawa says.

"When is he joining us?" Mina asks.

"Monday morning," Aizawa says.

"What's his name?" Kaminari asks.

"That I'll leave up to him if to share," Aizawa says and everyone nods.

"Okay now for today's lesson..."

The school day moved fast and everyone was now getting ready to go home.

"Who do you think is joining us?" Midoriya asks his friends.

"I'm not sure but it must be someone important if Aizawa doesn't even want us to know his name," Uraraka says.

"We wouldn't speculate, we have no real clues," Todoroki says. Everyone nods and finishes packing up.

"Hey, do you all want to go to the arcade?" Tsu asks and everyone nods happily.

"Let's go, Grab your boards," Iida says and everyone cheers.

They arrive at the arcade and all walk in going to different places within the building. Iida walks over to a person with a mask covering half their face, who is playing a solo round of his favorite game, a few other patrons surrounding him. The person wins and everyone cheers.

"Holy shit, that was awesome!" One of the patrons says.

"Thanks, anyone wants to 1v1 me?" The person says and everyone shakes their head.

"No way, if you can play like that solo I don't want to lose before even starting," Another person says. Iida thinks about the offer. He knows a lot of shortcuts and tricks to win. He may be able to beat this guy.
