Y/n Nakamura is a very mysterious person. She has no friends, doesn't talk to anyone, and stays to herself. She is in general education classes at UA even though her quirk is more than officiant to be used in the hero course. She has H/l H/c hair and E/c eyes, she is a gorgeous person and would be sought after if it wasn't for the fact no one knew anything about her. Some people even assume she is a traitor or spy for someone or something. Lots of kids steer clear of her because of this. The only thing is, these students and every other student at UA don't know the truth. Y/n isn't a traitor or spy, she's sick. Sick with a rare illness that nobody can heal no matter what healing quirk they have. The Illness started to appear on her tenth birthday. Five years after her quirk developed. Due to it appearing so much later, the doctors assume the sickness has nothing to do with her quirk. Doctor, after doctor, tells her that they have no idea what or where this sickness came from. The doctors named it Unexplained Illness X or UIX for short. Lots of people know about the illness itself, as a doctor wrote an article on it. The doctor used code names and left medical details out that would expose Y/n. So lots of people know about this illness just not who is the carrier of it. It's noncontagious, but it is slowly killing Y/n. Every day Y/n gets closer to her deathbed. She is expected to die before she is twenty, possibly a year or two after that if she is lucky, but she isn't expected to make it past twenty-five without a cure or something to help her delay the inevitable. Now although the students don't know Y/n is dying the teachers and Nezu do know. Y/n's parents made it very clear when they told Nezu that only adults can know what is happening to Y/n. Y/n's dream was to be a hero and now she can't be that all because of UIX. It's been six months since school started and Y/n is staring out the window daydreaming about being a hero course student.
-Y/n's POV-
I'm snapped from my daydream when I feel someone put their hand on my shoulder. I look over to see the teacher next to me.
"Y/n please pay attention so you pass this class," the teacher says quietly to me. I nod and look at the board concentrating.
School goes by fast and soon I get picked up by my parents and we go to the house. On the ride there I get the courage to ask my parents something that's been on my mind since school started.
"Papa, Dad, can I ask you something?" I ask and my parents both nod.
"I was thinking and if Nezu allows it can I try out the hero course? I mean I'm dying as it is so why can't I at least try my dream out at least through school?" I ask my dad sighs and Papa looks back at me.
