Meanings of a Blue Rose-

Mystery and Secrecy: Blue roses are the symbol of mystery. They are artificial, and their creation is a complicated and special process that makes them the symbol of mystery and secrecy.

Rare and Unattainable: Although growers genetically modify blue roses to appear blue, it's still scarce and expensive. A blue rose thus stands for everything rare and unattainable.

Unique and Romantic: The unique hues and shapes of the blue rose make it a symbol of uniqueness. Its romantic associations derive from the longing and discovery it evokes in us.

I stand there watching as they laugh together. I smile sadly and turn around walking away.

-Iidas POV-

I walk up to my locker and open it. There sitting amongst my books was an origami rose.

"Pretty... I wonder who left it," I say to myself looking around for a note of some kind, only to come up empty-handed.

"Hey Iida, whatcha got there?" Kaminari asks.

"It's an origami rose," I reply. Kamianri looks at it and his eyes go wide.

"Dude, that's a blue rose, you know what that means right?" Kamianri asks.

"No, what does it mean?" I ask.

"Well, in short, it means, secrecy, mystery, and uniqueness. It's often given to someone when the giver thinks the love is unattainable... If you get a red one next, that means you have a secret admirer," Kaminari explains.

"Oh, wow," I say and Kamianri nods.

"How do you know what flower meanings even are?" Jiro asks from beside us. Making both Kamianri and I jump.

"Oh, it was a hyper-fixation of mine a while back. I wanted to confess to someone but was too nervous so I looked the meaning up," Kaminari explains.

"Ah, cool," Jiro says.

"Let's head to class," I say, and the other two nod.

I place the rose in my locker and shut it after grabbing the needed books. We walk into the classroom and all sit down just in time for Mr. Aizawa to walk in.

I walk into class after getting things from my locker. There was no rose there this time which part of me was sad about but the other part was kinda relieved. I walk through the door only to see a rose on my desk. the same blue origami rose as the other one.

"Ooo Iida goot a rose, whos it from?" Mina asks.

"I don't know, they started appearing yesterday. Kamianri mentioned the meaning... I think someone likes me but thinks my love is unattainable. I'm not sure," I say and Mina smiles.

"Awe that's so cute!" Uraraka says.

"We should try to figure out who it is," Hagakure suggests.

"I'm sure they will reveal themselves in time," I say and the girls groan.

"You are no fun," Mina says pouting.

"I'm sure everything will fall into place," I say simply.
