It seems like I have officially lost my mind. This is not possible. How can I imagine him right now that too at the time in such a dangerous situation.

For God's sake he is dead!!

He is dead and he isn't coming back. I saw his dead body from my own fucking eyes. This can't happen.

I took a few deep breaths and tried to erase him from my imagination. For a second the whole world disappeared and I only saw him walking towards me.

And it was at that moment i remembered what Kate said

'Enrique'

Who is Enrique? Oh shit!! It's her boyfriend. But why is she calling him Enrique? He is not Enrique. He is Eric. Even if i have a memory loss i won't still forget his face. After all this is the same face that haunts me every night.

I looked around and realised that I am back to reality but Eric hasn't disappeared like I expected him to. Kate looks shocked and hurt.

I looked at Eric more carefully and realised that something is definitely wrong. Because Eric's eyes were always so warm but right now his eyes look so cold. He has changed a lot in physical appearance. He has become more muscular and has a rough look. He simply ignored me and was staring at Kate with guilt in his eyes.

"Did you like my Suprise?" Mr. Petrov whispered in my ear. And didn't even get a second to understand what's going on when I heard the sound of gunshots and I knew that Ashton had arrived to save us.

"What the hell i told you to come alone " Mr. Petrov yelled
"Well I came alone. But if people followed me then it's not my mistake. You should be more careful. Better luck next time maybe...'' I said.

The door of the room was broken down into pieces and very quickly the whole room was filled with my men. Mr. Petrov can be a very powerful man but he can't compete with the U.S intelligence.

I looked towards the entrance and I got another Surprise. I expected Ashton to come alone but it seems like he has some company. Lance and Andrew stood beside him. They walked inside the room like kings. Like they own these place

They all looked so good together. I looked at Andrew who looked so dangerous and tempting at the same time. But my eyes filled with worry when my eye fell on his left shoulder. The left part of his shirt is soaked in his blood. Is he injured?

"Athena..." Kate yelled my name and dragged me towards Amelia.

"Stop daydreaming and help me untie her, '' she said. I quickly helped her to untie Amelia. Right now is not the time to worry about Andrew. I am sure he is fine. As soon as I untied her she jumped on me and hugged me tightly.

Amelia buried her face on my shoulder and cried

"Shush..don't worry....i am here" i consoled her. I looked at Kate and said

"Take care of her. No matter what happens you won't leave her alone " she gave me a nod.

I looked around and tried to find the Bastard who is the reason behind all these. I couldn't find Mr. Petrov since the whole room was in chaos. But my eyes fell on Ashton and Eric fighting.

Shit!! I need to save him. If I need to find out the truth, Eric needs to be alive. I picked an iron rod from the corner of the room and attacked Eric from behind. I attacked the lower part of the brain so that he only becomes unconscious and hopefully this doesn't affect him much.

"Thanks...." Ashton said

"I didn't save you. I saved him." I said. He looks at me confusedly.

"Look, I can't explain everything to you right now." I said apologetically. I know that he is confused right now but we don't have time for all these. I quickly placed Eric's body in a safe place. I need him alive to find out the truth. He can only answer my questions.
