Park Jimin sexually harassed his niece outside his house two years ago but today his appeal results have been revealed to the public.

Park Jimins court case has been appealing for a month now with the jury determining that Park Jimin is NOT GUILTY of Park Jimin's sexual harassment.

Park Jimin was originally sentenced to jail for life with parole, he has served two years in prison before this appeal.

The appeal came about when Park Duri (now 7 years old, 5 years old at the time of the case), claimed missing her uncle, even though he was possibly her sexual abuser.

Park Duri was also able to describe a male figure which is being addressed by police to identify the offender's identity.

The drawing did not match Park Jimin's identity.

Be on the lookout for a 6 foot male with dark black hair and a full beard with grey hairs appearing, hooded brown eyes and a front chipped tooth.

For Jimin being wrongly convicted, the government is paying out a sum of money as compensation for spending two years of his life in jail while being innocent.

Please contact the police if you see someone who meets the description given above.

We were not given images of the drawing of the suspect, however justice will be served by the police for Park Duri's sexual harassment.

Jimin's POV

My mouth fell open as I sat on my bottom bunk bed beside my boyfriend.

The news that I am a free person again was just explained to me by my lawyer only moments ago.

But part of me doesn't even want to leave anymore.

Taehyung is here.

Taehyung is my happiness.

He's been so supportive of me and while I know I didn't commit my crime, he never once presumed that I did.

Taehyung's reaction was similar to mine, only I could sense the breaking of his heart while his frame sank at the news.

"Wh-hen do I have to go?" I stuttered while feeling my hand slip into Taehyung's larger, slimmer hand.

His hand captured mine, tightly squeezing it with more support for me.

"Ah, soon. This is a prison so to ensure full function and provide more space for inmates, you will be required to leave in about 20 minutes or so." My lawyer explained.

My face pouted hearing the news.

My head fell against Taehyung's chest, his breathing slow and painful.

"I guess you're getting a new roommate." I chuckled under my breath to Taehyung, now ignoring my lawyer.

I want to spend the last of my time with Taehyung and not the lawyer anyways.

"That could be trouble." Taehyung whined.

I shrugged.

"I wasn't so bad of a cellmate, maybe the new person won't be either?" I suggested the idea.
