Rodger looked at Justin stunned as he tried to figure out what to say next. A part of him wanted to deny it, to play dumb but he realized that Justin would not fall for it. He might act like an idiot but he was not dumb.

"How do you know about that?"

"A little bird told me."

"And does this little bird have a name?"

"Yes they do." Justin said. "But I'm not going to tell you."

Of course you are not.

"I'm disappointed in you Rodger." Justin said with a manvolent tone in his voice. "I can't believe that you were planning to run to Owen and tattle on me like a little kid."

"I'm not tattling." Rodger said shooting him a look of annoyance. "And if anyone is acting like a little kid its you."

"Me?" He said.

"Yes you are acting like a school yard bully." Rodger said.

"School yard bully." Justin laughed sardonically.

"Yes school yard bully." Rodger then stood up. "A immature school yard bully who is compensating for a tiny penis."

Anger flashed across the other man's face as he said "Watch your mouth." He shouted as he jabbed his fat finger at him. "How dare you talk to me in such a disrespectful manner."

Rodger looked at him blankly. "You're also a massive hypocrite."

"I am not a hypocrite." Justin said taking great offense to that description.

"Yes you are." Rodger said. "You can be a disrespectful jerk to everyone around you but don't anyone dare show any disrespect to you."

"Because I deserve respect." Justin stated.

"No you don't." Rodger said. "You may demand it but you don't deserve it." Justin was about to say something but Rodger continued. "A person who deserves respect is one shows it to others not people who spend time belittling others for his own amusement."

"Like how you just belittled me by calling me an immature school yard bully with a tiny penis." Justin said.

"You deserved to be called a bully because that it what you are."  He said. "A insecure bully who needs to put down others to feel better about himself."

Justin blinked in response. "You know what I'm think its time for some changes around here."

"Excuse me." His eyes narrowed.

"I think there is time for some changes." Justin said. "I don't think that the position of sales manager really suits you."  He picked up a picture of Parker and Rodger at some amusement park. Parker looked about twelve or thirteen in it. "With all your family trouble  interfering with your work."

"My family problems are not interfering with my job." Rodger said insulted.

"The last few days prove differently." Justin placed the photo back on his desk. "I'm mean you left early on Friday night because of your boy, brought him to work."

"I'm not the only one who has brought his kid to work." He gave him a scathing look. "You're spawn have been here on many occasions causing trouble." Justin glared at him and he said "Dont forget that it was your son Kerwin who spilled a drink all over the carpet of a MX-5 not one but twice." He held two fingers up. "And didn't tell anyone either time." He thought that the only reason they knew about it was because one of the lots boys had seen him in the second car.

"We are not discussing my kids." Justin said. "We are discussing your kid and how he interfered with your ability to do your job two days in a row."

Rodger scowled at him. "Parker did not interfere with my ability to do my job."

"Yes, he did." Justin said. "And due to your inability to separate your professional life from personal life I think it would be best for everyone involved if you were a salesman once again."  He said. "Not lead of course."

"You wouldn't dare." Rodger sneered.

"I don't want to do it." Justin said with a sigh. "But I'm afraid you leave me no choice." He then crossed his arms. "Unfortunately we don't have any desks here so we will have to set you up in the other dealership. But don't worry we will send a client or two your way."

"In other words you want to punish me for wanting to report your behavior to Owen." Rodger said. "Go ahead retaliate against me for whistle blowing and see how quickly I sue you."

"This has nothing to do with you wanting to complain about me to Owen." Justin said. "Go ahead do it but I assure you that nothing will come of it because I have done nothing wrong."

"I doubt human resources will see it that way." Rodger said.

"Human resources." Justin smirked. "Human resources is useless." A fiendish smile crossed his face. "Plus I'll just say that your upset about demoted. It will be my word against yours." A triumphant look crossed his face. "It will my word against yours."

"Enjoy your last day as sales manager." He said and then walked out.

We'll see about that he thought as he picked up his phone and dialed a number. The phone rang twice and then the person picked up. "Hey its me." He said. "I need your help."
