"B, come on. We have to go." Puck noted.

"I'm not going." Beth told Puck.

"Come on." Puck repeated. "You can't miss your flight."

"I don't wanna go." Beth said, folding her arms.

"Please." Puck requested. "You'll get to see Mommy for a few weeks."

Beth shook her head. "I don't wanna."

"Why not?" Puck asked.

"'Cause I don't wanna see Biff." Beth stated. "He's mean."

"I'm sure he's not mean." Puck insisted. "He makes Mommy so happy."

"Don't make me go, Daddy." Beth begged as she held onto Puck.

"Okay." Puck gave in as he wrapped his arms around Beth. "I got you. You're okay, I promise."

Beth nodded and looked at Puck.

Puck frowned at the sight of tears in his daughter's eyes. "It's okay, Monkeyface."

When Beth calmed down, Puck excused himself to call Quinn.

"Hey, Q." Puck said when Quinn answered the phone.

"Hey." Quinn responded. "What's up?"

"I was just trying to get Beth out the door, but she's insisting on staying here." Puck told Quinn.

"Can you talk to her?" Quinn requested. "We've really been looking forward to this."

"Believe me, I tried." Puck said. "But she's in tears and says she doesn't wanna go."

"What if you come with her?" Quinn suggested. "We can see her during the day, and if she's not happy, you can take her back at night."

"I'll talk to her, but it seems like she really doesn't wanna be there." Puck explained.

"Did she say why?" Quinn wondered.

"No, she didn't say anything." Puck lied.

"Try to get her to come with you." Quinn said. "The four of us can go to dinner."

"Yeah, I'll talk to her."

"Thanks."
