Mademoiselle Toni said,"I hope you guys remember these," she pointed to the board with French verbs on it, "because I'm quizzing you all on it on Friday."
"That'd my dad's and my sister's birthday!" I exclaimed.
"Cool," she replied, passing out papers.
"So does that mean I don't have to take the test?" I asked.
"No."
"But it's her 16th!" I argued.
"So, it's her birthday not yours," she said with a chuckle.
"But we share blood! That Pretty much means we are the same person!" I tried.
"No."
"But come on! We're practically the same person. It basically means that it's my 16th birthday! You're going to make me take a test on my 16th birthday?" I continued.
She never responded.
