We walk out the bathroom and Gianna goes the opposite way so we don't draw any suspicion to Ethan or Alexi. While walking back over to Dimitri I tell everyone I'm in through the earpiece.
"Welcome back cuzzo. Now be a dear and stop getting kidnapped thanks!" Emilio said.
"I feel so welcomed. I see nothing has changed, hearing that your still an egotistical bitch!" I say.
"Can you two stop acting like children!" Mama said.
"Sorry." We say in unison
I walk back over to Dimitri and be the pretty face he wants. As I continue to stand here like a mannequin, I realize Alexi dragging a body around the corner. Shit. "Lauren, do you see that?" I mutter. "Yes." She says. "It's almost time. Some important guy is supposed to get on stage in 2 minutes and I saw two of Dimitri's men slip behind the stage with cases." she says.
"Can I have your attention? I would like to thank all of you guys for donating such large amounts to the Meadow foundation and now I would like to give a huge round of applause to the Man himself, Darren Meadows." A man said on stage.
It was almost like time was moving in slow motion. One minute he's walking on the stage, the next minute he's on the floor, bleeding out, and dead. Another gunshot goes off and everyone starts screaming.
"Go! Now! Dimitri is on his way out the door!" Lauren says.
Fuck. I run around the corner and see Leone going the same way. We both turn the corner and get stopped. Alexi holding a gun to my face and Ethan holding one to Leone's. "Ah ah ah. Now baby sis, you thought it'd be that easy to get away. Well newsflash Aria, not everything in life is so easy. Now don't move or your little boyfriend gets a silver bullet right between his eyes. " Ethan says.
"Hands up girl." Alexi says. I stand there for a second. "Now!" I jump at his yell.
"Okay, okay, my hands are up, and behind my head." My hands go behind head and to the end of the dagger strapped to the back.
I wait a minute and then pull it out going for Alexi's neck but I only slashed it. I heard a gunshot across from me. Leone was okay, so I guess Ethan missed. "you bitch!" Alexi said. Pulling out my gun, I aim for Ethan's back, but I kept missing. He takes off and I go after him.
I didn't stop shooting as we were running. I swear I hit him a couple times. We ran down the hall into the room where everyone originally was. A whole bunch of dead bodies are on the ground. I see mama with blood on her hand papa dragging a body.
Shooting another bullet, I miss again. "God you won't just die will you!" I said. I see a bullet then fly from the corner of my eye and at the wall. I turn around and see Alexi. "The next one is in your chest. Now drop the gun." He says. I keep the gun in my hand and he snaps his fingers. The next minute I see mama with a knife to her neck and papa with a gun to the side of his head.
