Darling boy

Y/n

I sighed as I stopped my car in front of the building. It was more torn down than before. But surprisingly still up. I unbuckled my seat belt and motioned to klaus that it was okay to get out.

Once we stepped outside I took a breath of the air I missed so badly. It's like I haven't been here in years, which I in fact haven't.

"What is this place.." I heard klaus silently ask beside me. I let out a chuckled and walked forward gesturing for him to follow me.

Once we walked inside the building I was astonished to see that everything we left here remained where they once were. Only older and more beaten up.

"When I was pregnant with you.. this, is where your father and I would sneak out to, where we could be together without our parents having any knowledge of where we were." I kneeled down and tried digging through the dirt that slept on the once brick floors.

"You and dad used to come here?" He asks, kneeling down next to me. I hum and I found the bottom door handle through all the dirt. "What's that?"

"This, is a trap door. I remember the first time finn and I came here he almost fell through it."

"Come on, be quiet we don't know if a homeless person lives here." Finn held my hand right as we walked through the already dark house.

"It's abandoned, I doubt anybody lives here." I whisper yell back. Unlike Finn I was watching my steps carefully. Because I don't know what kind of living creatures (spiders) are in this son of a bitch.

"Okay.. I don't think anyone's in he— AHH!" My eyes widened when Finn almost lost his balance and tumbled right back on to me. "Finn what the fuck?!"

I looked down and saw some kind of open trap door, with a hole and a ladder leading down to whatever the hell was down there.

"You're so idiotic, you could have fallen through that!" I complain. I could practically see him rolling his eyes. In my defense if he fell through that then I would have to jump in after him.

"Do you have to complain about everything?" I rolled my eyes and dragged him forwards, away from the damn trapdoor. "Okay well it doesn't matter anyway— would you stop dragging me!"

Finn yanked his wrist away from the grip of my hand and rubbed it. "Does pregnancy make you automatically stronger or something? Goddamn."

"Finn, why are we here?" I ask, folding my arms over my chest. He approached me and placed his hands on my shoulders, rubbing up and down them.

"This is a house my parents lost years ago to some people who didn't even use it. They left the country and never returned. But left this place behind.. it's actually where I used to live when I was little. They just sued my parents for it one day then when they got it.. took off and left. Abandoned my childhood home."

"Oh my gosh- Finn I'm so sorry." He shook his hand and smiled. "Don't be, because my parents own it again. They just don't know what to do with it." I raised my eyebrow, not quite sure where he was going with this.
