Y/n walked back into her apartment building with a heavy heart. She didn't want to do this to Finn, but clearly klaus was not safe around his fiancée. She had no choice, a mother protects her child no matter what right?

Klaus on the other hand didn't know how to feel about what he heard his mom say to his dad. He was angry with his father sure, but angry enough that he would want to get taken from him? No, not at all.

The younger girl sat next to him decided it was her time to comfort him, as she ran her hands up and down his shoulders in a consoling attempt whilst the boy tried to process what happened outside.

"You kids okay?" Y/n kneeled down in front both of them, placing her hand gently on her sons knee. "We're fin-" before Sofia could finish she was interrupted by Klaus "Is it true?" He looked down at her.

"Is what true?" Y/n pretended to play dumb, just in case he was talking about something else. "About court. Are you gonna take me away from dad?" He sounded sad but there was sort of a relief coming from his voice.

She removed her hand from his knee. "I don't know, do you want to come with me? Or stay with your father." The boy looked down at his lap again. "That's a terrible position to put me in."

Y/n sighed, stood up and turned her head to the younger girl. "Honey do you need a ride home?" Sofia nodded and stood up as well. Y/n reached into her pocket and gave klaus a key.

"I'm on the top floor, number 60." Klaus held the key in his hands firmly and stood up as well. As everyone went their desperate ways, the boy couldn't help but look around her apartment building.

She sure wasn't lacking money that was right.

Klaus

As I made my way towards my moms place I got a notification from my phone. Which was weird because I swore my phone was left on silent before we came here.

When I took it out of my pocket I noticed that Sofia left her own behind with me. "Shit." I turned around to look through the window but my moms car was already on their way out.

"Great."

The notification went off again and this time I caught a glimpse on who kept bothering Sofia.

I furrowed my eyebrows at the screen. Isaac? She's never mentioned an Isaac before, I'm sure of it.. no matter how hard I tried to remember who this was. I don't. Which means I've never met this person in my life.

For some reason though.. I felt a tinge of pain go through my chest. It wasn't huge, it was just a tinge. I scoffed and put the phone back in my pocket as I made my way towards the door I've been standing not too far from for a few minutes.

As soon as I unlocked the door and stepped inside, I was starstruck, this place was huge, very goddamn white but huge. Most of the stuff was packed so I guess she was telling the truth about her moving.

But that didn't stop me from looking around.

When I walked past the living room, there was a picture above the tv. It was like little specs of colorful dust scattered around it. Like a picture that seemed to be broken apart into tiny little pieces.
