KIERA

Ian decided to take me on a art gallery. I was looking at huge canvases which were hanging on the walls. Ian had to talk with some people. A little while later I felt a hand on my waist. Ian was back. It took him a long time.

Ian: Sorry to keep you waiting. Business Associates just talk a lot.

Kiera: No worries.

Ian: Soon someone will be standing in your shoes looking at your work.

Kiera: For me that's still far away.

Ian: It's not that far.

He came closer to my ear and started whispering.

Ian: My Scott Publishers are good at creating and selling books. No. 1 in the industry.

I laughed at him. That was true. Everyone knew Scott Publishers. It would give a boost to my career it very desperately needed.

Kiera: I am hungry. Let's go eat something.

I held his hand and we walked out of the gallery.

AVA

Ava : The weather is really nice today.

Ava was walking with Trevor outside the MIT campus.

Trevor: Then I want to be the weather then.

At this point Ava would blush at anything Trevor says. She was slowly seeping it in when she heard a guy scream. Trevor pulled her as fast as he could. A biker had lost control of his bike and Ava fell on Trevor arms. Just like she imagined her destined boyfriend to be holding her.

Trevor: Are you okay?

Ava nodded him a yes. They went to Sulmona. It was one the most booked restaurants near MIT. They got a seat as Ava tipped the staff extra.

Trevor: Do you have a lot of work recently?

Ava: No, why?

Trevor: You seem a little tired. Your face is worn. Your liver is fine, right?

Ava: Is it? Should I take some medicine?

Trevor: My friend works in a nice pharmaceutical company. He gave me a nutritional supplement. You can try it. It's good for liver. If you have it whatever issues you have will not happen anymore, you know. Ah.. I am sorry. I sound like an ad. You don't have to buy it...

Ava: No no. It's fine you brought it here cause you care. I'll buy it.

KIERA

We went to a nice Ian type restaurant cause whenever I chose a place it becomes a health hazard for him.

Kiera: I am almost finished with the book.

Ian: Already??

Kiera: Yeah. I just have to work on the last location on my spare time. Saying spare time, I don't mean half heartedly. I overworked too much. And now my hand hurts. Honestly I can't even pick up this fork.

Ian: I have to handle it as an industrial accident.

We laughed on the joke. Ian knows how to lighten a mood. He never pressured me to work fast.

Ian: Have you thought about the title?

Kiera: Come to think of it, we haven't.

IAN

Ian: Take your time. I am not a CEO who would rush a writer to work her wrist off.

Not to say that I might have threatened writers before for not finishing work on time. Also ruined their vacations cause they didn't finish writing series. And stopped wifi in few houses just so the writers could focus. But Kiera didn't need to know that.
