My phone wakes me up. It rings it's annoying trumpet sound right next to my ear and Im forced to quickly answer it.

"Hello?" I tiredly ask, my eyes still shut.
"All agents report to the offices immediately." a monotone recording states. It beeps then repeats it words and the line goes dead.

A sigh escapes my mouth and I rush to my closet. I throw on a pair of leggings, combat boots, and a tank top. Once my hair is tied into a simple ponytail I rush out my apartment and right into someone's chest.

"Sorry!" I exclaim and the familiar arms steady me. I look up at four and he smirks.

"It's fine princess." he chuckles. I blush and he kisses my cheek.

"Cmon, we have to get going partner." he states. I smile and he links our hands together as we rush to the offices. When we enter there's little to no one there. I raise my eyebrows in questioning and four shrugs. Chris and Uriah come to my side, they have the same confused look in their eyes.

"You guys have been called here to work on your first case. The files are on your desks. Please read everything, then get to work." Eric calls. Four leads me to a desk and we sit down. Four outs the file in between us and we both silently read it.

It's my parents case file.
Four looks up at me and frowns.

"Do you want to go to my room. We can go over it in private." he quietly suggests.

"Yea." I mumble and he stands up. We gather our things and I make sure to take my laptop and phone. We trail to his room and he continues to sneak worried glances at me. Like I'm a ticking time bomb and I'm going to go off at any moment.

"Four I'm fine." I say with a forced smile.
"I would understand if you aren't." he replies and unlocks his door. He holds it open for me and I quickly enter.

"I'm fine." I repeat and he sets everything up on his dining room table. We sit next to each other and I reread the file.

It's nothing that I haven't read. It's basically the same thing that four summed up for me the first month I was here, just in a different format.

"Do you want to start checking video footage for that club? I'll try to hack into the clubs database, try to see if Caleb has been there in the last few days." he offers.

"Okay." I reply and open my laptop. He rubs my knee then begins typing away.

*Two Hours Later*

A yawn escapes my mouth and I groan in annoyance. Four chuckles and kisses my forehead before getting back to work. i stare at my screen, I've been watching footage of partying people for a little over two hours. I haven't found anything.

"What date did you see Caleb at this club?" I question.
"About a week and a half ago." He replies. I nod and rewind the footage. When I finally find Caleb in the crowd I pause it. I slow down the frames then hit play. I watch as he dances, then makes his way through the club. He stops at the bar and grabs a drink before going to the vip section. I frown and zoom in to see who he's meeting with. I freeze the screen and take a screenshot of the guy before hitting play again.

"Did you find something?" Four asks and leans over to look at my laptop.

"I'm gonna run a background check on this guy." I reply and he nods.

"The programming is already installed in your computer." he replies and begins typing again.

After half an hour of trying to figure out how to work the programming I get it down packed. I input the picture and wait for it to analyze it.

"That takes a few minutes. Let's take a break." four says and stands up. He goes to the kitchen and comes back with a bag of chips and two sodas. I smile and he puts the chips between us.

"Thanks." I murmur.
"No problem." he chuckles and kisses my forehead. I open my soda and take a sip. My eyes go back to my screens and I sigh. Forty percent left.

"You're already stressed out about this." he states and rests his chin on my shoulder.

"I'm not stressed." I deny and he kisses my neck.
"Yes you are." he argues.
"Okay maybe a little bit. But I've been stressed since all of this started." I admit. He chuckles and moves me so I'm sitting on his lap. He presses his lips to mine and I rest my hands on his chest.

"I don't think normal partners do this. And I remember agreeing that we would keep our personal lives out of work." I mumble against his lips.
"No ones watching." he smirks. My computer dings and I smile at him.

"Saved by the bell." he jokes and sets me back in my seat. I look at the results and frown.

David Matthews,
Age: 32
DOB: May 23rd, 1984
Place of birth: Chicago
Siblings: Jeanine Matthews

"Four, does the name David Matthews sound familiar?" I ask.

"David?" He repeats and looks over my shoulder. He scrolls through the results and his eyes go wide when he stops at a picture.

"Tris I think we just walked into something a lot bigger than your brother." he quietly states.
