*Fours POV*

"Zeke I don't know what to do... Her phone hasn't been turned on in a month. What if she's hurt? What if she-"
"Dude shut the hell up! You hurt her, stopping worrying so much. She's fine. She just needs time." Zeke angrily interrupts me. I glare at him and he computers typing on his laptop without a care in the world.

"I know I fucking hurt her. But it was to help her find her parents killer! Why doesn't she understand that? I mean... I love her, and I wouldn't purposely hurt her. I thought that she would be happy that David and Jeanine have been caught." I rant. Zeke rolls his eyes and looks over at me. He lets out a dramatic sigh and i clench my fists.

"Are you going to continue whining to me? She said she would come back after she had some time. Shauna has done the same thing to me, multiple times." He states with a bored look in his eyes. If I remember correctly, when Shauna did this to him he was going crazy.

"This is different."

"How so?"

"Zeke, she's unstable! Her parents just died and everyone has been lying to her! When Shauna left you those few times, she came back within days, and she was never mad at you! She was just teaching you lessons. Tris is pissed... And sad... And mourning. Shit, I've messed up big time." I let my head drop onto my desk and I dig my finger nails into the wood. Why did I lie to her, why didn't I just tell her. We wouldn't be in this situation right now. She would be sitting right here with me.

"Calm down." He huffs in an annoyed tone. I can see why he's annoyed, I have been severely bothering him and talking to him about Tris nonstop. But still, he's barley showing any concern. He was friends with her too, so why isn't he worried about her?

"You know where she is." I realize out loud. My head shoots up and I glare at him. He keeps a blank look on his face and I fly out of my seat. This asshole knows where she is. I yank him out of his desk chair and push him against the nearest wall. He doesn't try to fight back.

"Where the hell is she? How long have you known." I growl out. He pushes me away slightly and I glare at him. It's taking a lot of effort not to punch the look off of his face.

"Relax. Shauna has been in contact with her a few times. She's fine." He states.

"Where is she?" I state through clenched teeth.

"I don't know,"
"The hell you don't. Tell me Zeke. I need her, I need to know for myself that she's okay." I basically yell out.

"Four. She's fine. Snap out of it, she needs time. Maybe you need time away from her too. Sort through your thoughts, take up a hobby, do something that does not revolve around her!" He shouts back. His hand connect with my chest and he pushes me away as hard as he can.

"Stop fucking acting like this." He adds and grabs his things off of his desk. He stomps out of the office and I let out a long groan. My mind races. If I go find her she's going to hate me even more. Maybe she does need time. If she's talked to Shauna a few times in the last month, she has to be fine? Right?

"Tris?!" Chris screams out. My head shoots up from my desk and I take off running down the hallway. I follow Chris's happy screams and squeals, then stop in front of the elevator.

There she is.

After three months of waiting for a phone call, or for her phone tracker to work. After three months of constantly checking my phone, and emails. Here she is.

She cut her hair to her shoulders, instead of its normal bright blonde, it's darker, but still beautiful either way. She's wrapped in Chris's arms and her eyes are locked with mine. She looks like a reindeer caught in headlights.

"Tris." I whisper in shock, my voice comes out hoarse with emotions. Her eyes widen even more and she pulls away from Chris.

"Where's Caleb?" Her voice rings out, it's like music to my ears. I've missed her so much.

"He's over in the labs. Myra is letting him work here, for as long as he wants." Chris replies before I can. I glare at the back of her head and Tris steps around me.

"And Robert and Susan?" She questions as she trails down the hallway. I slowly follow after her. What do I do? Do I try to talk to her? It's obvious that she's ignoring me.

"They left two months ago. They wanted to move on with their lives." I softly reply. Her hands clench into fists at her sides but she continues walking towards the labs. Her height is still the same, her head probably reaches just to my shoulders. She grabs the handle to the door and throws it open. She rushes inside and I follow after her. She excitedly screams and throws herself on to her brother. He lifts her off of the ground and spins her around with a chuckle.

"Missed you little sis. How was Miami?" He questions. My anxiety skyrockets and I glare holes into the back of her head. She was in Miami, where Jeanine and David use to live? Is she crazy, we don't know for sure that they don't have other people on their side. Even though they're in jail, they could still have other people working for them. It's highly unlikely, but still.

"It was amazing! Caleb, we have to go back sometime. Everyone's so friendly there." She states with a giggle. I wish I could stay mad at her. But her giggle basically evaporates all the anger I have left in me.

"You were in Miami?" I stiffly ask.

"Did you get in with the spring breakers?" Chris asks her and spins around in a wheely chair. Tris lifts herself on to the counter across from me and keeps her eyes on Chris.

"Yes, you have no idea how much fun I had." She replies and my anger once again skyrockets.

"Tris." I murmur and move towards her. She completely ignores me and I step right in front of her so our noses are almost touching.

"Please stop ignoring me. I've missed you so much. I've been so worried." I state. She shuffles away from me and I glare at her.

"Fine, if you want to play that game. I'll make you talk to me." I growl and grab on to her waist. A flustered squeal leaves her mouth and I throw her over my shoulder. She lets out a small gasp and Caleb takes a step towards me.

"Caleb don't. They do need to talk." Chris says and grabs on to his arm. He pauses then nods his head at me before I stomp out of the room.

"Let me go you asshole!" Tris shouts and pounds on my back. It barely effects me, looks like she hasn't been going to gyms when she was away.

"Talk to me then." I bite back and continue walking toward our apartment. I open the door and slam it shut before flicking the lock on.

"I am talking to you, you jerk." She spats. I toss her on to the bed and her small body jumps into the air like the mattress is a trampoline. Her blue eyes glare up at me and hover over her.

"I'm sorry okay-"
"I don't need an apology." She angrily interrupts.
"I don't know what to do with you. You're angry at me, but you won't let me apologize. What do you want from me?" I angrily ask.

"I'm not mad at you!" She exclaims in protest.

"Then why are you being so cold towards me?" I seethe. Her eyes finally meet mine and she lets out a small breathe.

"Because you idiot, I forgave you the moment I saw your stupid face."
