"Are you okay?" four asks and pulls me on to his lap. He brushes his lips over my temple and his ragged breaths hit my forehead.

"I'm fine, are you okay?" I ask and pull away to look at him. He has a small cut on his lip, but other than that he looks fine.

"I'm fine." he confirms and opens the car door. He gently sets me on my feet and climbs out of the car. Uriahs car pulls up next to us and he jumps out with Zeke.

"We called it in. The police are coming to block off the road." Zeke states.
"Thanks by the way. You just saved my life." Zeke adds.

"It was all Tris. The bomb at the warehouse is most likely a fake. She realized that it was a distraction." Four replies and sirens begin wailing from a few streets over. A dizzy spell hits me and four quickly catches me before I make contact with the ground.

"Are you okay?" He asks in panic.
"Yea, yea I'm fine." I mumble and stand back up. He looks at me with unconvincing eyes then looks at Uriah.

"Take her back to dauntless. Get her a doctor, I'll be there in no more than an hour." he promises.
"Four I'm fine-"
"Go, you look like you're ready to pass out. I'm going to be there in a little while." he promises and presses a quick kiss to my lips. My knees start to shake and he chuckles.

"That was from your kiss, I'm not dizzy." I lie.
"Okay Tris." he says sarcastically. He lifts me into his arms then sets me in Uriah's car.

"Be careful." I mumble.
"Always am." he replies and shuts the door.
______________
My eyes flicker open and I look around in a disoriented daze. My head feels like there's a cloud around it. My head is pounding and there's an IV in my arm. Something is also weighing down my hand. I look to the side and see four. He has his head laying on my stomach and his hand is linked with mine.

"Four?" I mumble and poke his cheek. He jolts awake and looks at me with wide eyes.
"Are you okay? Does anything hurt?" He panics and pulls me into a hug.

"I'm fine.... What happened?" I wonder out loud.
"You have a bad concussion. You didn't have your seatbelt on and when I slammed on the breaks you hit your head." he softly replies. I moan in pain and he pulls away.

"I'll go get the nurse." he murmurs and rushes out of the room. I squeeze my eyes shut and the door squeaks back open.

"Tris?" Roberts familiar voice asks. He comes to my side and I look up at him.
"Hey." I hoarsely whisper.
"Well you look horrible." he teases and grips my hand.
"Thanks Robby." I whisper sarcastically.
"I have to tell you something." he whispers.
"Nows not really the best time." I say and try to keep my eyes open.

"I called Susan's friends. The ones she was suppose to be with this week. They said they had no idea what I was talking about. There was no trip, she lied." he says, ignoring my statement.

"Why would she lie about that?" I grumble.
"I don't know. I didn't tell the person that questioned me. I don't trust the people here, only you." he replies. The door squeaks open once again and four enters the room with a panicked nurse behind him.

"Hello dear. How are you feeling?" She asks and starts to check my vitals.
"I have a killer headache." i reply.
"You shouldn't be here." four growls at Robert.
"She's my friend. I'm staying." Robert replies with narrowed eyes. Fours eyes flicker to mine, then to mine and Roberts hands. I quickly pull away and the nurse awkwardly opens a cabinet. She comes back with a needle and sticks it in my IV.

"This might make you loopy." she states and then tosses the used needle away.
"Family only." she adds and looks from four to Robert.

"I'm her partner and boyfriend."
"I'm her best friend." Robert and Four state at the same time. She looks towards me and sighs. Robert looks at me in shock and I wince.

"Only one person." she adds. Four looks at me expectantly and I look towards Robert.
"Rob, go get some rest. I'll see you when I'm better." I tiredly mumble. He huffs and kisses my forehead.

"Feel better." he murmurs then leaves the room with the nurse. Four comes to my side and links our hands together.

"Sleep, you'll feel better when you wake up." he murmurs.
"You have pretty eyes." I mumble. He chuckles and shakes his head.

"That medication worked quickly. Sleep." he repeats and brushes my hair out of my face.
"I don't want to." I argue.
"Cmon tris, the more sleep you get the more one your body gets to heal." he sighs and brushes my hair out of my eyes.

"Will you hold me?" I ask like a little kid.
"Of course." he chuckles and I move over. He lays with me and his arms wrap around my waist. He carefully moved the wires and IV's out of the way then presses his lips to mine.
"You scared me." he admits.
"What happened? I don't remember." I say with furrowed eyebrows.

"You passed out when Uriah was taking you back to dauntless." he replies. My eye lids start to feel weighed down and I close them.
"Stay with me." I tiredly add.
"I'm not going anywhere princess. Never." he promises and everything goes black.
