It was already more than 24 hours since the royal couple got to know about Unnati's alliance. Niharika refused to speak with Giriraj until he takes proper action but alas, the king was preparing for something else with the help of his intelligent crown prince.
Giriraj have called Uday to his study room in the late morning to discuss his strategy of response to the prospective relationship.
Surprisingly, Uday was calm even after hearing everything from his father. He felt suspicious but knowing him, nobody can ever get a word out of him, he leaves the matter in his hands.
Niharika was in her room, sitting near the window, lost in thoughts. Unnati walks in with a bounce in her steps happily to show her outfits from the shopping spree.
The maids carried her bags and arranged it properly before leaving them alone with themselves.

Niharika: Unnati beta, humari thodi tabiyat kharab hai. Aap yeh sab hume baad mein dikhaayega. Ab hum akela rehna chahte hai.
Unnati: Oh. Aap rest kijiye mom. Hum aap se baad mein milte hai.
The maids take everything from there and carry the bags to Unnati's room.

Uday's trusted private investigator, Roshan Khandelwal drops in, when Uday was about to start to Jaigarh Palace. Knowing that he would take time in the meeting, he cancels his meeting with Giriraj and Brijraj.
Roshan Khandelwal: Khamma Ghani Yuvraj Sa.
Uday: Ghani Gamma. (calling Roger through intercom)
Roshan Khandelwal: Sir, bahut shocking cheeze pata chali hai.
Uday: Continue. (Roger takes his place beside Uday but he asks him to get seated)
Roshan Khandelwal: Vishesh Singh Kumawat jitne reputed aur reserved dikhte hai, utne hai nahi. Sharaab aur gambling ke addictions. Share market ke ek bada scam. Illegal foreign money. 25 years back, unhone ek ladki ko impregnate Kiya tha, wo bachcha bhi uss ladki se cheen liya gaya tha.
Roger widens his eyes but makes a disgusted face.
Uday: Kya wahi Abhay Singh Kumawat hai?
Roshan Khandelwal: Ji. Ah ek aur rumour hai ki unhone uss aurat se milna nahi choda tha. Unka ek beti bhi hai lekin use wahi uske Maa ke saath hi chodd Diya gaya tha.
Uday: Kya aap uss ladki ke baare mein koi information nikal sakte hai?
Roshan Khandelwal: Ji sir. Humara team iss kaam pe lag jayega.
Uday: Humne Jo kaha tha, uske baare mein kuch pata karwaya?
Roshan Khandelwal: Ji sir. Aap ka Shaq sahi tha, Yuvrani Sa ke kidnapping ke peeche unka haath hai.
