SPENCER
A week had passed since Olivia and I got back together and I was ecstatic about this new chapter we were writing as a unit.
I loved that girl.
I know it may have taken us a while to get there again but I felt grateful for all the experiences, because they eventually made us realize the beauty of what we had.
I was coming down to the kitchen to get her some breakfast when I bumped into Jordan coming home. I had not seen him in two days.
"Really dawg? Two days? I almost got worried, man." I teased him.
"You're one to talk, my sister hasn't gone home for the same amount of time. At this point, the houses have just simply swapped twins."
I let out a laugh, digging his witty joke. Olivia had been staying over for two days already and I wasn't planning on letting her sleep anywhere else than right next to me in the near future.
We already so much time.
"We've got a lot of time to make up for." I told him.
"Eew, gross! I don't need the details." Jordan reacted.
I let out another laugh because he was being too much as per usual.
"Yo!"
Jordan exclaimed as we joined JJ and Asher in the kitchen. JJ was getting ready for his morning zen class, that I had stopped attending due to everything that was happening around me. We really did miss his morning nonsense when he had left the house.
"What's the topic of discussion this morning?" Asher asked, making his way over to the living area with his coffee in one hand and a plate full of food in the other.
"Spencer and Olivia's torrid nights." Jordan replied.
"Yo, it's not even like that, J." I defended.
"Liv has been sleeping over? I didn't even know you were home because it's so damn calm around here these days." JJ added to the fuel.
His demeanor was off, but it was nothing we hadn't already seen from him so I let it go.
"What?! I've been staying away from the house to prevent myself from being traumatized for the rest of my life and you're telling me that you haven't heard anything? With your room being right next to Spencer's?!" Jordan quizzed.
"That's because there was nothing to hear! Why are y'all so interested in what goes on in my bedroom?!"
I was dumbfounded by the conversation taking place in my presence.
"Wait a minute... could this mean that... you haven't done it yet? Since getting back together?!" JJ asked me.
"Wow, I feel like this conversation is taking a turn that I should absolutely not be apart of." Jordan exclaimed.
"Me neither." Asher agreed.
"Yeah well, who started it?" I asked, looking at Jordan and Asher one after the other.
"This sounds like denial." JJ whispered loud enough for us to hear.
"My intimate life has nothing to do with any of you. So please let me and my... and Olivia take care of it." I replied, making my way over to the kitchen sink.
I didn't know why I stopped at the word girlfriend, but I was going to deal with that later.
"I'm just saying it's weird, considering what you've been up to with Alicia these past few months." JJ remarked again.
