I was out tonight trying to get some money. So far I've gotten lucky with rich people wallets. I saw four turtle mutants and decided to try them. I first got the smallest out of them.
He didn't even have a wallet nor did the other two who looked like twins. Finally I had the bigger on. I decided to interact for this one. I shook off my nerves and ran ahead.
I put on a panicked face and pulled him into a hug. "P-please hide me!" He wrapped his arms around me which was perfect. "OH MI GOSH ARE YOU ALRIGHT!?"
I felt around his waist and got the wallet letting go of him. "Y-yeah they are gone now thanks!" I started to take off when he patted his sides. "HEY YOU STOLE OUR MONEY!"
I ran backwards and gave them a smirk. "Bye darlings~!" I took a sharp left and slid down into a man hole. I ran threw the pipes hearing them close behind.
I made my way home in the sewers after loosing them. I added the money to my collection. I looked at the picture on my night stand. "I'm sorry I've gotten into this life mama..."
I kissed the picture and curled up on the cold hard ground. Slowly but surely I fell asleep. However I was awoken with yelling. "You! You where the one who stole our cash yesterday!"
I opened my eyes to see blurry images of the turtles. My immediate reaction was to grab the picture of my mom and block anyone from getting it. They all surrounded me. "B-BACK UP!"
I grabbed a knife from behind me and pointed at them. The red one of them seemed to see my panic. "Hey calm down it's alright."
He tried to come closer but I threw the knife at him. Ofcourse I missed on purpose but it was still close. "We just want to know why you stole our money." I huffed.
"Why do you think!? I'm broke living in the sewers as this disgusting creature with only a picture of my dead mother keeping me going!" All their faces went sentimental. "How about you come home with us? You can return our money and you can live with us?"
The purple one grabbed the red ones shoulder. "Raph are you sure about this?" All he did was nod and smile. I slowly got up. "Alright but if you hear me I'm stabbing you..."
I followed them to their house.
And that was how I met the turtles. I still haven't stopped pickpocketing but they are helping me get better. We also all started dating. Who knew all of this could've happened from just stealing one person's wallet?
