James told me to go get cleaned up and dressed, then to meet him in the clearing through the woods behind the Pack house. I tried asking him why, but he wasn't giving anything up. So, out of the respect of my Alpha I did as he asked. He may be one of my good Friends, but he is my Alpha first.

While pulling my shirt over my head, the door opened. Thankfully I was fully dressed, but it wouldn't have mattered either way. She is my Mother. She has scrubbed me from head to toe as a child, then bathed the blood of my Friends off of me. She has seen it all.

"How are you three feeling?" She wondered.
"Three?"
"Yes. You, your Wolf, and beaut." She stated.

My Mother finds Dark beauty a little to mouthy and I'm starting to see why. It is a little wordy I suppose.

"I am fine. My Wolf is content for now. Beaut is in a much needed slumber due to earlier."
"I see. Did you lose control?" She asked worried.

I shook my head no while sitting down.

"I don't lose control, Mom."
"I know, Honey bun." She smiled sitting next to me, but I don't know if she believed me or not.
"I think what happened was I was so over stimulated with all three emotions, then Bash's scent was the cherry on top. I practically handed the control to her on a silver platter."
"That sounds familiar minus the scent of your Mate." She hummed.

I shook my head. There is a big difference from what incident she is speaking about.

"Bash isn't dead, Mom. It's nothing like when Dad died."
"No, but I do think it was a little like that. You three were hurt and filled with so many emotions. Beaut didn't understand the feeling of grief when your Dad died.. She had never experienced it before so it was especially hard on you both because you had that in common with her."

She paused to turn my body to her.

"She had control over your body for a month and the moment you asked for it back, she flipped that switch and you were back." She stated.
"I know."
"That is due to the trust you two share." She smiled.

I nodded not understanding where she was going with this. These are just facts from the past. They have nothing to do with now. What is she getting at here?

"Go see the Alpha. I think you could help them understand their dark sides just as your Father did with you." She smiled pulling me up from the bed.
"I hope so."
"I know so." She assured me.

She stood by her door when we reached it, then watched me walk to the elevator. She blew me a kiss as the doors closed taking me down to the ground floor. The whole ride down I wondered what he wanted to see me about. Why did it have to be in the clearing and not his office?

My answer was met when I got to the clearing and found three blankets. Two of which held Bash and James, the third was empty. Where is Hope?

"Uh, what's going on?"
"Sit." James motioned to me.

I slowly sat down in the makeshift triangle and looked to James confused.

"Teach us." He said crossing his legs and putting his hands palm down on his knees.

My eyes widened a bit. Come again?

"What?"
"Teach us how to control it." Bash said looking anywhere, but me.
"You're joking right?"
"Why would we be joking?" James asked confused.
"I can't just teach you in one day, that's why. You know how long it took me to actually learn?"
"How long?" He asked.
"I was six when I started and fourteen when I mastered it. Granted me being a child had its setback's, but still. It took eight years."
