Something was coming and by something I mean war. Had we not of gotten the date today, we would have known something was in the air. The crisp smell of fear and worry lingered in the Pack even before James made the speech this morning to our Pack. They knew it was a for sure thing now.

It had been almost a month since we got the news that war was unavoidable. The Pack warriors and archers have trained hard and never let up once no matter how stressful or hard it got. We trained in the rain and blazing heat. We didn't care about the weather. We cared about training to keep this Pack safe.

I was proud of the warriors. They trained harder than they have in a long time. Don't get me wrong, James made sure Bash pushed them, but never like this. They complained about the soreness and the hours in the beginning, but throughout the month their bodies and minds were able to adapt to the change. They were ready for anything.

Most of all I am proud of my archers. They never fail to amaze me with their determination and dedication to learning new techniques. They have almost mastered shooting their bows at moving targets while at an uncomfortable angle. They have also learned how to use the trees to their advantage not just with having the upper hand, but also the stealth aspect it brings.

I was proud of them. They never once complained about their calloused fingers, even when blisters tried to prevent them from holding their bows and shooting the arrows. They found their own ways to work around it. They began to wear gloves to prevent the sores. Like I said, they are very dedicated to learning.

As of last night, Alpha McWay contacted James with a short call keeping to the point. James tried to talk some reason into the power hungry Alpha, but he was to blinded by taken our Pack to even listen. He made it very clear that in two days time, he will attack.

We don't know who he will have with him, but one thing we do know is we will have our own allies to help by our side now that we had been given the day of the fight. Sire Finn has even declared his loyalty to James and made it very clear that he and his men will be there. We couldn't be more thankful to the Coven.

Although, some blame him for the start of it all I know better. War was inevitable.. It was only a matter of time.

Our allies will arrive by tomorrow night to settle in and rest on The Rising Moon's territory where they will be welcomed to stay for as long as they would like even after the fight. We understand the need to rest after a war, so they will be taken care of. It's the least we can do for the help they have to offer us.

Hope is still swamped with anxiety and worry. I still don't blame her. Her worry has increased due to the fact that James has made it clear that he would be sending her, Janet, her baby, and my Mother away. My Mother fought him on the decision arguing that she could help tend to the children in the bunker.

James had other plans after she mentioned them and Finn was of course too nice to disagree. The Woman and children will be sent to Finn's Pack along with our dear Luna, Beta female, and my Mother. The elderly made it clear they wished to stick it out in the bunker, but James didn't feel as though it was a good idea.

The fact that he is sending away all our people to Finn's Coven has me worried. I wonder if he knows something that we don't. Will the numbers not be in our favor and this is a safety precaution as he claims? They have never been to war like this. Not while James has been Alpha. He claims its due to the fact that no bunker would make him feel better about protecting his people.

My question is, what would he have done had Finn not been here? Would he have sent them further? Contacted another ally in hopes they would agree to his plan? This is a lot of people he is sending away. It's not like he is sending away only 100. This is 2/3 of both the Pack's combined. His actions of doing this doesn't help the Pack's hopes or faith that we will persevere to victory.
