A knock sounded from my old bedroom door at our Pack house. I never did go home last night after our argument and even after the long day I had today with training my archers, I still decided to go out of my way to come back here. I didn't want to go home yet. I needed space.

The knock sounded again and I got up and opened the door peeking out. Two figures pushed past me and I crossed my arms annoyed as they took it upon themselves to waltz in my room. I sighed and shut the door as they made themselves comfortable on my couch.

"Umm hi?"
"What's up?" Billy smiled as Ashley smiled beside him.

I wasn't annoyed that he was here. I was annoyed SHE was here. She turned into a complete bitch towards me even after we got along so for her to sit there on my couch and act like nothing happened pissed me off.

"Nothing. You?"
"Training mostly." He shrugged.

I looked at Ashely with a raised brow as she continued to smile. It just irked me so much more.

"Oh, I've been training too." She giggled as if I asked her.
"Right."

I sighed again, then sat on my bed with my back to my headboard.

"Are you going to fight in the war?" Billy asked as I was still getting comfortable.
"Damn straight."
"And Sebastian is fine with that?" Billy asked while crossing him arms.

Ashley rolled her eyes and I scoffed already seeing where this was going. Mad at her or not, what is with these damn men?

"Does it look like I give a damn about what he thinks?"

She smirked at that almost silently agreeing while he growled.

"I'm fighting wether he likes it or not. I'm not letting a man tell me what I can and cannot do, Billy. I have always been a warrior and that hasn't changed since I Mated with him. Maybe in his eyes, but not mine. I refuse to change who I am to make someone else feel better about themselves."
"Even if that person just cared about your wellbeing and wants to protect you from any harm?" He argued.

I just crossed my arms and looked between the two of them. She looked as angry as I was and I hated that I felt for her.

"Yes."
"Why?" She asked wanting me to prove the point I'm sure she has already made a thousand times.
"Because I know what I am capable of and I know my limits. I would not purposely put myself in harms way to prove a point. I am confident in my abilities to protect my life and those around me."

She threw her hands up and looked to him with a look that I could read as 'I fucking told you so.' He just growled his warning towards her.

"Billy."
"What?" He snapped angrily due to the fact he thought coming here, I would take him side on the matter.
"How is it fair that you and Bash demand that we stay behind while you go out and fight? Would you two not react the same way had the roles been reversed?"

He was silent knowing I was right, but apparently the person walking through my door had other thoughts on the matter.

"The roles aren't reversed so your point isn't valid." Bash stated shutting the door.
"Bash, you not fighting. You're going to stay in the bunker with me until it is safe to come out."
"Like hell I am." He argued.
"My point exactly. The roles were just reversed and you just helped me make my point."

Ashley stood and marched to sit next to me on the bed. I couldn't blame her. I don't want Bash anywhere near me right now so I could only imagine she feels the same way with Billy. Bash didn't seem to care because he went and took Ashley's old spot on the couch.
