Even if Iguro was harsh, she was sure it wasn't towards the weeping pillar in her hold. It was because he was saying something about you, someone he loathe. Shinobu then frowned in realization, that black haired snake boy just had to ruin Mitsuri's mood just because he doesn't think you deserve anything at all.

The pink and neon green haired woman pulled away from the hug with fat tears streaming down her face, she was clearly upset because of what happened and the insect pillar can't do anything about it because the damage has already been dealt. Mitsuri was disheartened, and it was up to Shinobu on how she'll comfort the stressed love pillar.

"He just can't say anything nice towards [First Name]!" she screamed which made Shinobu flinch at the sudden tone "I just wanted him to appreciate her for once, why isn't he cooperating with me!? Iguro-san is always mad at her and I don't know the reason for this action, it's frustrating and disappointing!"

That's why you were either partnered up with him or with Shinobu, but in some occasion it would be Mitsuri when she volunteers. Other than that your partner most of the time was him or Shinobu, it was one of the reasons why he hated you in the first place.

A pillar can kill a demon, why does this one need someone in order to finish off her work? She's better off in the lower ranks.

The said woman blinked in surprise before smiling which Mitsuri returned with a big grin, this girl was definitely in a better mood now which was good.

Shinobu can't handle another breakdown if Mitsuri were to cry again because of what happened, it was the last thing she wanted. You still weren't waking up and she didn't need another problem other than your comatose state.

That's when Aoi ran towards the two of them in panic and excitement.
