Chapter 8: More Goons

The next day came as fast as yesterday left. Hunhow woke up 20 minutes early cuz he couldn't get his mind off of the events of yesterday. So he got up, took a shower, got dressed, and headed downstairs to make breakfast for his mom and dad. He left a note on the table and grabbed his car keys as he made his way to the door. He went outside and got into his truck. He looked back to see his mom and dad coming downstairs and finding the food and note. He waved to them from his truck and they both smiled and waved back. He left his house and went towards the open road. He stopped by Crystal's house to pick her up since she didn't want to take the bus. Together they talked a while about things. "So, how did you break up with Kevin"? He asked. "I had a friend follow him while he said he was spending his weekend with his dad and they photographed like 2 girls with him". "They were kissing, getting all touchy, and drunk". "He tried to say he was drunk and never meant it but he still lied to meet up with them". Crystal says. "I see, what a jackass" Hunhow says. "It's okay, Lizzie, Jennifer and Marcus have been there to support me all that time". "However, I have just been avoiding him as much as possible". They spoke for a long while until they reached school and headed into the building.  They sign in at the front desk and head to the cafeteria. They sit, talk, share social media stuff and hangout in the Cafeteria. Afterwards other people and Anthros began  to arrive. However it was 3 Anthros that entered and it made Crystal uncomfortable. The school's hockey team captain and his 2 friends came in and everyone was looking at them.

"They are never good news" Crystal said almost wanting to leave right at that moment. "Why"? Hunhow ask. "Because they are always up to no good and always mess with people who they see as weak" Crystal explains. "So, they are like Kevin and his punk squad"? Hunhow asks. "Exactly, but unlike Kevin's group, they never bother anyone else unless they have a personal problem". "Kevin and his jocks pick on anyone they dislike Anthro and Human alike". "Fritz and his guys mess with people who they have problems with". "Great, now they are staring this way" she says. Hunhow looks and sees the hockey goons coming their way. "We need to talk, girl" Fritz says to Crystal. "Why", Crystal asked. "I know you and Kevin broke up and I've been asking you out". "But you always turn me down". "Why, is it because you hate me or something"? Fritz asked. "I don't hate you, I just don't want to be in a relationship with you or Kevin or anyone right now". "You complain about everything and every guy in this school, Human and Furry alike". "When are you going to stop bitchin and get over it"? "WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY" Crystal says as she is now very angry and bearing her teeth.   "You heard me, don't make me say it again". Fritz says doubling down. "OKAY, THAT's IT" she yells. She shoves Fritz into the wall and he falls over. He gets angry and is about to strike her when Hunhow stands in the way. "Who the hell are you, idiot"? "The person who is about to kick your furry ass" Hunhow says. Hunhow lands a fist to Fritz's jaw. He flinches and falls back. "Now, your ass is grass" Fritz growls" Hunhow quickly slides across the floor tripping Fritz who falls over. "The only ass that is grass around here is yours piece of Shit" Hunhow says after putting Fritz into a chokehold. Fritz struggles to break free but Hunhow despite being 5'8 and shorter has a steel iron grip. Fritz starts to turn purple and finally Edmund and Hugo jump into the fight. Hunhow slams Fritz's head into the ground and then fights Hugo who grabs him by the hood of his Black Thin Blue Line Punisher Hoodie.

Hunhow grabs Hugo's tail and yanks him backwards. He then kicks him into a few chairs and lands on the ground. Edmund attempts to fist fight Hunhow but Hunhow grabs his fist, punches him in the gut, knees him in the groin and sweep kicks him off his hind legs. Hunhow surveys his surroundings and sees how bruised Fritz and his boys are. Multiple teachers rush in and grab Hunhow, Fritz, Hugo and Edmund before anyone else gets hurt.

~ Hunhow, Fritz, Hugo and Edmund are all sent to principal Jessica's office ~

"Fritz, it is literally your first day back and here you are fighting again" she says quite angry. "This bastard tried to kill me" Fritz says protesting". "Oh right, after you had tried to strike a girl like a tough guy" Hunhow taunts him. "THATS ENOUGH, ALL OF YOU" Principal Jessica SCREAMS. "YOU ALL are staying after school for detention" she says. "But...." Fritz protest. "ENOUGH, MY DECISION IS FINAL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE KICKED OUT". "NOW GO TO CLASS". "ALL OF YOU". Hunhow, Fritz, Hugo and Edmund all storm out. "This isn't over" Hunhow says walking to his class. "You better watch yourself" Edmund says. "Unfortunately, you couldn't watch your own ass while I beat it in front of everyone" Hunhow says taunting back. "You're so done" Edmund says growling as He, Fritz and Hugo all turn down the other hallway. Hunhow walks to class where he steps inside the classroom and sits down at his groups table. Lizzie, Jennifer, Marcus and Crystal are all concerned but he reassures them it is fine. "It's my fault" "I fought and almost caused a major brawl" Crystal says almost tearing up. "No, it's not your fault". "Those guys are just jerks, like Kevin and his group" Hunhow says. "Let's just try to get through the rest of the day together". Hunhow and his friends all make it to final period which is PE/GYM but unfortunately Fritz, Hugo and Edmund are in the same class. However the three were looking pretty nervous seeing Hunhow in the same class. Hunhow's weight lifting, military fighting techniques and protectiveness of Crystal was enough for them. They stayed on the other side of the gym the whole class. They even waited outside the locker room cuz they thought they would be ambushed while changing. Afterwards they went to the principal's office and so did Hunhow. She sent them to the science room and they all were escorted there by the gym teachers. They all sat quietly. They waited and waited for their punishment to be over. Eventually, it finally came to an end only 2 hours later after school had since been long over. Hunhow races out the room frantically knowing he needs to get home since the school must've called his parents. He makes it to his truck but Fritz and His guys stop him. "Listen, I don't like you". "But we all should rather stay out of each other's way". "And don't go around thinking that being in the National Guard makes you better than anyone else". "To some, you're still a no fur" Fritz says". Yeah, yeah whatever". "Just get out the way so I can leave". Hunhow replies. They move out the way and Hunhow moves towards his truck. He gets in, starts the ignition, backs up and rolls out the parking lot. He doesn't look back. And he knows he's gonna get a earful from his parents when he gets home...
