Tink:

"So now what?" Peter asks when I have stopped crying. "I don't know. What would you like to do for your last day?" I ask him, going to sit on the awesome couch. "You are in a delicate state so if you are going to want to renovate down stairs I might as well be here to help you," Peter says coming to sit beside me. "It is very drab but I could do fix it like that," I say, snapping my fingers to demonstrate. "Your magic is going to screw up," my mother says, walking right into our loft. "Leave mother. I don't feel comfortable with you around," I say, searching for Peter's hand with out looking. " He realizes and grabs my hand.

"What happened to mom?" She asks, leaning against a counter and crossing her arms. "Well you see, you're my mother, Jean is my mom. Any woman with working parts could produce a child but it takes a mom to actually raise one," I tell her, not bothering to put a filter between my thoughts and her feelings. Why should I? Her absence hurt like hell. "Talk to me like that and I could really do some damage," she says, her eyes lighting up. I don't remember that, that is really scary.

"You know what, I think I'll talk to you however I want. You know Logan's already on the way right?" I ask, pressing a finger to my locket. "Oh that thing was disabled as soon as I walked in the door. You and I are truly alone and then there is the ever lovely Peter joining us," she says, tilting her head towards him. A bit of jealousy slips into my blood stream and I stiffen up. "Oh don't like that do you honey? I got memories galore with pretty boy. Like that time we sent the lost boys away for about three hours, you remember that right Peter? John and Michael went away and my mom was ban from the island because she tried to shoot me down? We told the lost boys that we went to mermaids lagoons and saved Tiger Lily and all that crap but come on sweet pea, you remember," my mother says. "Wendy," he warns. "Oh come on, don't you mean baby? Don't pretend noting happened," Wendy says.

"Peter did you lie to me?" I ask, closing my eyes and exhaling. "I didn't love her Tink," he says, taking my other hand in his. "Peter, that is not what she asked," Mother points out. "Shut up bitch," I command. "I told you, damage," she sighs and when she snaps I feel a major pain in my gut but it isn't my gut. I scream out and feel Peter leave the couch. My eyes fly open and I scream again as another sharp wave of pain crosses. "What are you doing to her?" He demands. "That's called child labor," she shrugs. "Its only been two months!" I yell. "I said damage did I not?" She asks. "You are so lucky we are in the presence of my wife. I would kill you right the fuck now but I can't because she would be upset. But mark my words you bitch, I will kill you for this," Peter growls at her.

"Oh I love it when you get mean," she sighs. I hear a smack and then she hits the ground. "Getting rough now? You really know how to make a girl excited," she says. "Peter stop and get me to Jean. Now," I say. "Fine," he says. He sweeps me off my feet and flashes us to the infirmary. "Jean!" He roars and she runs in. "What's going on?" She asks, rushing over as he sets me on the bed. "Apparently child labor," I gasp, trying to not scream at the pain. "Honey, it's been two months," Jean says, sounding skeptical. "Wendy," Peter says. That seems to move her into action. "Mom it hurts," I say. "Yeah, I've heard that it does," she chuckles. "Where is my dad?" I ask as Jace comes in the room. "Out. Are we going through child birth?" He asks, raising an eyebrow. "You can't feel it," I say. "I know but I'm not leaving until you're okay," he says.

Peter sits on a stool beside me and grips my hand tight. "I'm sorry," I say. "We can't pick our family," he shrugs. "But I chose you," I argue. He nods, looking at me. "Alright darling. Most awkward part, you cannot give birth with underwear on," Jean says. Oh my gods. I squeeze my eyes shut and want to gag. "Jace can you actually leave?" I ask. "For Christ's sake," Peter says, sounding exasperated. I feel his hand on my hip and then they are gone. "Oh my god Peter!" I scream as he sets them on the railing. There is a lot of blood. "Its not like it's my first time doing that. Jean is your mom and Jace hasn't taken his eyes off of yours since he came in. No one is looking," Peter says. "Call Rose," I say at the top of my lungs as I do as Jean asks and start to push. "I'll try, she might not answer," Jace offers. "I said call her!" I yell.

"Oh my god, I think you are breaking my hand," Peter says in my ear. "I almost care. I hate you so much right now," I say, fighting the urge to scream. I'm all sweaty and exhausted by the time I hear a baby cry. "What the hell?" I ask. "Wendy isn't a heartless bitch after all. She looks normal and healthy and like a full grown baby," Jean say. "Alright. One more honey," she says. "Lemme put my hair up," I say, taking it off my wrist. "You know I can't leave now right?" Peter asks, kissing me and smiling like a fool. "Oh my god. We were in town and Jace called us, we're hear," Dean says, running in. "You look awful. I'm not going to lie," Sam says, taking a seat on my other side and placing my hand in his. "One down, one to go," Peter says.

With a string of profanities and 'I hate you' s all directed at Peter, Nathan comes out healthy. Jean goes to weigh them and clean the kids up and I look at Peter who is smiling and laughing so hard that there are tears streaming down his face. "So are you still leaving?" Dean asks him. "Of course not!" Peter practically yells. "So are you going to kiss me or not?" I ask him, looking up. He leans down and presses him lips against mine. "I love you," he sighs. "So we are not naming her Wendy anymore. How about Jenna?" I ask. "Samantha. He saved you and now she saved me from going out to battle. Samantha suits her," he answers. I smile. "Okay. Samantha and Nathan," Jean says, setting them in my arms. She throws a blanket over me and grabs a camera.

"Okay. Everyone in for a picture," she says. I am still looking down and my green eyed children. "Daddy's turn," Peter says, taking them carefully from my arms into his, one in each arm. "Oh you two are going to love it with us. Welcome to the world guys. I'm dad and that over there is mom. She's the pretty one in the big t-shirt, not to be confused with the other blonde, that's Uncle Jace," Peter says quietly. "I'm gonna go to the Academy and try to get a hold of Rose. I need to patch things up and get her home again. I love you, congratulations," Jace says, crossing the room and kissing my forehead.

"Mom might need a shower and the little ones need naps but not in the big cribs yet. These ones," Jean says, pushing two new born cribs to beside the bed. Peter reluctantly lays them down in their cribs. I quickly pull the blanket around my shoulders like it's a cape that covers my whole body before I stand up. "I'm gonna run back home and grab a bag for you and the kids," Peter says. When I stand up, I'm a little shaky but it could be worse. I have a parabatai, I am drawing some of Jace's strength and that helps.

I don't know when Peter comes back because I fall asleep after my shower. The sheets have been cleaned and Jace left a pair of underwear from the suit case that I use for jobs. There was a note. "Looks like you need these." Naw dip. So yeah, I fall asleep comfortably.

When I wake up it must be the next morning because my stomach aches with a need for food. "You slept a long time, we were beginning to worry," Rose says, handing me a granola bar. I take it and hug her tight. "Don't go skipping out on us again young lady. We love you. It's because we are so much alike that we don't get along. You got that? Each and everyone of us in this room love you so much," I say. Then I scarf down the granola bar. "Well that was attractive," Rose comments. "I know," I say. "Now sit down and meet your niece and nephew," I say, patting the bed beside me.

Peter hands her Nathan and he smiles, showing is pink gums and clenching and unclenching his little fists at her. "Hi Nathan. I'm Aunt Rose," she says very quietly. "Now for Sammie. I'm not sure if she'll have the same reaction. She's been kind of attached," Peter says, leaning over to hand Sammie to Rose. Sammie starts crying crocodile tears. "Alright, nope," Rose laughs. I take Nathan into my arms and he falls asleep against my chest. Sammie has fists full of Peter's t-shirt and I smile. "Where have you guys been?" I ask Rose quietly, rocking Nathan. "Kings Dominion," she shrugs. "So you'll be glad to hear that I am staying here," Peter says. She smiles but won't take her eyes off of Nathan. "Can I?" She asks, lightly tracing a finger across his cheek. "Yeah. He's the heavy sleeper of the two," Peter shrugs. I smile and lean closer to her and fall back asleep.
